Sportsbet.io Reviews

My Canadian friends. Please don't fall for this scam and lose your hard earned money. Just because they are a sponsor of a couple soccer teams, don't trust them.
I placed a money line $400 live bet on MLB (KC Royals vs. C Cubs on August 20) with odds of 4.75. When I placed the bet, the Royals where behind 0-2, Cubs had 2 bases, and the game was in Chicago. So, the odds were completely fair given the Cubs were clear favorites at that point of time. The bet was successfully placed and confirmed. If you actually use their Livebet, you can see they have about 20 seconds of pause to validate your bet and avoid any mistake. The bet was confirmed after this pause.
Then as I had predicted, the Royals came back to to win the game 6-2. But, when I went to their website, I was shocked to see my bet worth of $1900 winnings has been voided!
Imagine my frustration. So, I quickly used their so called "live chat". Provided my bet ID, and all the answer I was given was the bet was correctly voided because we have the rights to void live bets. When I asked to talk to a manager, she said "I am the manager on the shift" and I have already answered you so I will close the chat now. She closed that chat and signed me out of my account. I logged-in again trying to chat again with the live agent, again they signed me out and revoked my so called "live chat privilege. I have all these documented, and have the screenshots if anybody wants to see them.
If they are willing to damage their reputation just for $1900, imagine what they will do for more significant amounts.

Do not recommend these guys. They will close your account without any explanation. Scam.

My account with outright bet was locked due to "associated account under self-exclusion".

I do not have an associated account. I requested explanation on this, and no response was provided other then their templated email.

I had about 1G of outright bet outstanding, and this is what happens.

Unbelievable.

Edited:

I don’t feel comfortable providing my username here. Could I request a non-automatic-reply email address?

Worst bookie ever. Cheats you of any bonuses. Also they have license in Curacao, which noly companys that scam people

This is Absolutely Scam.

Absolute scam of a company, avoid at all costs.

Closed my account without any warning what so ever with 700 Euro stuck on there. Has not replied to any of my emails and there live chat is completely hopeless and reads off a script.

Save your money and bet with a reputable bookmaker.

My account is under maw1995

They hide behind KYC to scam you out of your money, first they will ask for a copy of your ID and some bill with your address on it, pretty normal right? nope, that won't be enough next they will ask you to send more stuff to a company in Estonia (lol) called veriff. Good luck if they have a leak or they use you identity for malicious purposes, and this is how this scam works they use KYC as an excuse to steal your wins.

Do your own research. The reviews are fake to me here on trust pilot about some guys who gave 1 star for the football related investors.

This is the best sportbook that I tried.
Fast for receive payments and fast to give payments. Fast to betting. Intuitive. Bonuses given everyday. We need more type of bets on games but it’s matter of time.

Stop the fudding. These guys works and works good.

Go on guys.

Since when was it illegal or against rules if Im at home with a couple of my buddies each with our own account placing the same bets? How is this considered using multi accounts???

What kind of nonsense is this, being accused of multi account use without any proof and yet still holding $17,000 USD of my money. WHERE IS MY CASH OUT???????? Why does sportsbet.io continue to make new excuses to avoid my cash out????????

We are not going to support this #kroenkeout

My withdrawal option was disabled on my account and I was forced to verify after a month of being allowed to bet. My account was closed due to the account verification and the security said they would return my funds the next day. The day has passed and I have no response from their email support.

I will update if they send me my funds.

Update - my funds were returned. Would give 5 stars, but it really shouldn’t have come down to disabling my withdrawal feature while my deposit feature was still available and funds in my account. Funds were returned without notice as well. Communications from the security team were not very good.

Any want help me , I will make a claim against sportsbet , they took my fund without any reason, that took nearly 4000 usdt, can you help me how can I claim against to sportsbet, I want hire a lawyer , please guys help me

Partnered with Kroenke frauds. Stop supporting and funding these parasites causing downfall of Arsenal FC. Kroenke OUT. KSE OUT

Supports Stan Kroenke & contributes to the demise of Arsenal football club. #KroenkeOut

Just a joke. Emergency maintenance issues when RTP is at its highest on live casino. Money is taken, bet is rejected, and not returned for hours. Can’t get a hold of anyone, can’t load website. Just a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs and play somewhere that doesn’t have half the amount of technical issues this place does.

Edit: New day, same maintenance. Bets removed of course when a 40 hits on dream catcher. Not returned for several hours. You would think with all of the money they make that they could keep their website running for more than a couple of hours at a time.

Associated with Arsenal and the Kroenkes. #KroenkeOut

associate of kroenke (KSE). PR arsenal. do not do business with these fraudulent and criminal vultures!! cannot support anyone affiliated with kse. KROENKE OUT ARTETA OUT!!!!!!
