I backed a winner on 18/03/23 in Adelaide race 8 number 3 at Top Fluctuation of $3 for an outlay of $90, but Sportsbet only paid me odds of $2.80 stating that this was the South Australia TF. I argued and argued with them to no avail that this price was Top Tote and not Top Fluc, also asked to speak to the Supervisor, and told I would get a call back. Not so! They have cheated me out of $18 whilst in the last year have spent over 150 million$$ in advertising( aimed at mug punters) They mostly offer the lowest price, and play around with their fluctuations by making you think that the horse has shortened only to bring the price out again. There have placed restrictions on me, not because I bet big, but because I am a consistent winner. I'm closing my account and opening one with Neds. Pity that Ladbrokes no longer offer Top Fluc, but I still have an account with them. Where the staff are helpful and don't ignore you like Sportsbet. Don't bet with them, because somewhere along the line they will do wrong by you!

there odds are always lower than they should be Nearly everytime you place a fixed odds bet they eventually always increase prior to the event which means they are giving misleading information to the actual odds How many races now have 5 to 6 horses that are separated by $2 between all 6 horses .Ahorse that has not won a race in 20 starts or more should be a lot larger than $6 for the win and i have seen horses that have never won a race in 50 starts with the same odds WHAT THE FU===

Customer service are rude and not helpful one little bit. Be aware, you won't get help and better to stick with other betting sites.
Their solution is "would you like to cancel your account?" I didn't even ask to cancel my account but maybe they have too many and can afford to lose a few?

Rang/emailed to enquire why I no longer get a Power Play on Fixed odds win bets. Operator told me it is at Sportsbet/Promotions discretion. Asked to be put through and they told me they dont take calls. Sent email yesterday still no response.

Horrible system and CS
Sent in verification documents on the first day my account was created didn't get any response until my account is restricted go asked the CS and were told you need to wait 72 hours, bro it's been 5 days and he said my documents weren't submitted, they scammed my passport detailed my money

Race 6 Addington dogs today a third dividend was being paid as there was a late scratching. Contacted Sportsbet and they refused to honour that dividend in my account. Straight out theft by Sportsbet

Absolute joke. Pay out on first past post. Paid me then reversed it putting account in debit. Due to protest. Then clam exotics not included when the don't stipulate it. Easiest App to use. Buckley won his recent ufc fight by ko in rd 2 due to doctors stoppage. Sportsbet paid me .Then took my winnings out of my account without notice .When I contacted them I was told Buckley won in the 3rd round . Even though his opponent didn't fight a single millisecond of the 3rd. I'm not depositing a cent again into my account and tell everybody I know about my experience as a Sportsbet customer. Signed up in NZ, deposited money, however the ID verification method for NZ is a nightmare, have to print a copy, get it signed by someone then upload the signed copy blah blah, told them I didn’t wanna go through such a hassle to gamble and was told that it needs to be done before I can withdraw the money that I just put on. Essentially forcing me to go to a post shop and get my ID signed if I want to get my deposit back. If you’re in NZ just use 365 or TAB, stay clear of these con artists. Would be good if they had a clear warning about this for NZ customers before taking our money as it seems very unlikely to me that they couldn’t be aware that this is happening, it’s more likely that they just don’t care, which is the vibe I got from Amy

Closed the Sportsbet account for life. Placed a bet on what I thought was a 2 horse race, however when the race began, 3 horses were running. Instead of voiding all the bets, SB customer support basically said “Tough luck”. The mentioned customer support officer was quite rude (which isn’t a surprise, worst customer service of any bookie). They didn’t even give me back my bet in bonus.

Lost complete faith in this company, I’m sure they won’t miss my dollars but a stand had to be taken. Even a bookie has to know it’s way easier to keep your customers than get a new one. Will be taking my talents elsewhere
