It is very difficult to cancel the subscription. If you forget your password to enter their web, they do not let you to renew it. So, you basically can't enter and cancel the subsrciption yourself. Plus, they do not reply to your requests to cancel the subscription.

In their FAQ they give instructions saying to scroll to the bottom of settings where you can cancel with "one click" There is NO OPTION to cancel your subscription. Only to delete your account. Which means you're still paying for an active subscription. Customer services NEVER respond. Avoid this company.

Additionally (and this is not the fault of the company), there are hardly any active members.

i can't find or cancel my membership. also there is no people in this app. knowing they charged me 3 months for nothing i just lost my money. customer service never replied maybe they waiting for the payment after the 3 months

Sportpartner is a spoof website and app. DO NOT SIGN UP! It is another of the increasing number of sites that pull a subscription that is never refunded, customer service never responds, and the business model is insidious.

Really difficult to cancel the subscription, without having to delete your entire account (it may well be impossible). Customer service is pretty much non-existent. I made a request for a payment to be refunded and my paid account to be cancelled, the request was totally ignored, I was subsequently charged again.
I have now deleted my account, so fingers crossed payments will stop being taken. Probably the worst customer service ever, simply because there doesn't appear to be anyone doing it...

I've been using the platform on and off for several years and I'm not going to renew my membership anymore. I'm 100% convinced now that it's a scam - fake accounts, fake teaser messages to get you to pay for the membership and on top of it, lousy interface and horrible mail application.

Payed for 3 months, there was nobody from Leeds on the app.. I ask for refund, they refused. The worst experience, I wish I read the reviews before getting it.

They stolen me £83 pounds and no one reply my emails. This costumer service doesn't exist and this website is very useless

Absolutely a scam! Subscription doubled without warning, people don’t message back. You also can’t cancel your subscription only delete your account so after i’ve just paid the latest £40 I can no longer access my account even though I should still be able to use it for another 3 months!! SCAM Do not sign up!

Easy, free interface

SCAM DO NOT PAY OR GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS - paid for a year subscription. Messaged other users, no reply. Only got a random reply from one person asking for my phone number to arrange an activity. Reported to my bank, got a new card issued so that sportspartner couldn't take any more money, bank are investigating as I reported it as fraud/scam. Your scamming days are up Sportspartner!

SCAM. Do not pay for anything. I bought subscription 4 days ago for 6 month period. When I log in to the site, all I can see is that subscription run out of time and I can buy the new one. Transaction was sucessful and I can see that in the listing of my bank account. I am telling you, do not pay for anything !

I like that Sportpartner helps people looking for a partner for daily physical activity. I'm in touch with people from my country and abroad, and we're planning a meeting. I hope we can meet up and spend time actively. Initially, I thought I'd find someone from my city or the surrounding area who would be willing to go for walks, maybe some dance classes, especially in autumn and winter, when extra motivation is helpful. People from other cities contacted me, which makes it difficult to plan a meeting and actually train together.

simple access to find sportspartners but quite a lot of accounts are inactive

I met someone not too far away from where I live and we have become friends as we both love walking

I've been registered on this app for almost two years now, and I've successfully found several tennis partners through it. Still waiting to find someone for camping though 😄
Overall, I'm really satisfied with the experience. The app is easy to use, the membership fee is reasonable, and it’s been a great tool for staying active and meeting like-minded people. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable sports partner.
