I asked on their chat service multiple times if their sneakers are 100% authentic and still have not heard an answer from them. This is probably because if they do answer there will be a log of them deceiving customers. Buyer beware!

They ghost you when you have an issue…
I emailed Sportoma literally RIGHT after my purchase regarding some policy info. I got a response RIGHT away. Great job!
I received my order and there was a rip in the shoe. I took pictures. I didn’t do ANYTHING with them. Waited a week. 2 emails later. STILL no response.
I love how when the product arrives and there’s a defect that I took clear pictures of. They stop responding.
Horrible service.

COUNTERFEIT SHOES!!
Received my Air Jordan 1 "University Blue" and they are fake. I paid nearly $400 Canadian for them and they are fakes. Included in the box with the fake shoes is a "Stockx" verification tag along with a "Stockx" sticker. I guess this is intended to be used to rip someone off on a resale? I own an authentic pair of these shoes and the ones Sportoma is selling are clearly counterfeit. Might be worth $100 USD. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF. THESE ARE NOT AUTHENTIC!

The shoes are not authentic and overpriced for what you get. They are near perfect replicas of Authentic Jordan's, but do not feel the same on the foot. I live in Canada and I received my shoes in 3 weeks. They also came with a stockx tag (not attached to shoes) and a stockx sticker. Disappointed in their insistence that they are authentic only to find out they are counterfeit.
