Slow postage but good seller

I ordered some rollerblades from sportisimo. Unfortunately they were unable to dispatch them as they were found to be damaged so issued a full refund. I then ordered a more expensive pair. These were dispatched within two days. They took a couple of weeks to arrive as the czech courier they use in combination with hermes is quite slow. Nonetheless prices are very competitive and it was the only shop in the whole of Europe selling size 6 K2s. Overall very happy.

Ordered on 23rd March barbells and plates. Still havent received them. I'm off to the bank tomorrow for a chargeback.

Everything went well...lucky me

I checked the shop review only after buying two pairs of shoes at Sportisimo and was convinced I'd never see those shoes or my money again, but they delivered and they delivered quickly and to my fullest satisfaction.

Seems like most problems occuring while ordering from the UK, but I might be wrong

Ordering from Germany, I picked DHL for fulfillment, since DPD is unreliable as duck with an f (I cursed initially but Trustpilot won't let me) and as you can imagine if something gets lost in between, no one is responsible at first. So maybe pick the biggest player in delivery available with lots of experience, especially as the packages travel a long way from Czech Republic.

Also I have to say that the shop transparency is outstanding. The guy designing it deserves a raise, as you don't have to click through hundreds of pages of the same shoes, but with different colours. Each link you click on has every colour available for the shoe on one single page. That's what nearly every other shop doesn't get right.

I feel sorry for the people having trouble with the shop, so shop with caution, but for me everything went well and I'd buy there again any time.

They don't even deserve one star

They don't even deserve one star. They are just cheaters who take your money and do not send aything. There is no way that you can solve it by e-mail or by phone call, they just don't care and do nothing. Never ever use this website to order anything, if you don't want to throw your money away. NEVER.

Only received half my order

Only received half my order. I have spoken to them on the phone and sent numerous emails. They tell me I have received the complete order. I showed them the DPD delivery photos to prove otherwise. They then repeat themselves and we just keep going round in circles. I believe this is intentional and it seems like a big game to them or part of the scam. Either way I will not be using them again.

If there was the possibility of giving…

If there was the possibility of giving 0 stars I would.
I have ordered a barbell and weight a month and a half ago... Guess what, still waiting for the barbell....
I have sent several e mails and spoken to customer service... They are totally useless....
Their answer always the same... They are experiencing delays you need to wait..
And if you think they charge you a fortune for delivery makes you even more angry about it

Ordered 10 weights and 2 dumbells more…

Ordered 10 weights and 2 dumbells more than a month ago. Promised delivery within a week. They said they sent my order in 3 parcels, when I realised that I only received two tracking numbers I’ve questioned it and magically the third parcel was sent but with no apology or email. Still waiting for the 3 parcels, tried and chase it but had no answers.

WISH I'D HAVE READ THESE BEFORE USING THEM!
I've had experience of all of the reviews below.
Ordered a yoga mat, 2 dumbbells bars and 8 weighted disc plates over a month ago.
Charged me immediately. Promised delivery in 6 days. Took over a month.
Zero information or communication in-between, despite regular chasing. They either have no idea what's going on or it's a scam and they're pleading ignorance. Either way, massively concerning.
Low and behold a month later, part of my order turns up. Conveniently the cheapest product, the yoga mat.
Called to ask where the other products were. They had zero clue and told me to wait and hope it's quick. Ridiculous.
Then complained via email to be told the products were delivered!
THEY ABSOLUTELY WERE NOT.
Do not pay them any money. It is a complete waste of your time.

If only I had come on here before…

If only I had come on here before ordering from this joke of a website. Order placed on 31 March 2020, 4 weeks ago now and still no sign of it. Calling them is futile, Jan who always answers is clueless as a clown. Took it upon myself and contacted DPD, to discover that the parcel was severely damaged during transit and therefore there will be no delivery. Sportisimo must contact DPD in POLAND to obtain their refund and then refund me. BUT despite asking several times since last week, the 'supervisor' is not contacting me, Jan is apparently emailing the partner courier but there is no response. When I conveyed DPD UK's advice, for absolutely no reason, Jan cannot call DPD in Poland and will wait (INDEFINITELY) for the partner courier to reply to his email. If anyone has any idea how to take this forward then please post it here. They are so indifferent to the customer's frustration!

I ordered a item on the 1st of april waited patiently for the delivery however theirs been no sign of it all i recieved was a email the shop is a joke not a trusty site from here im going to go further as im quite sure their not planning on delivering my parcel despite the fact they took £73.99 on the first day

Waste of time and money!!

Half order delivered after over 3 weeks, still waiting on the other half of the order of gym equipment. No response to email and not able to phone as just cuts off. Waste of time and money, they aren’t UK based so waste of time trying to order from them if you want an order to arrive within a reasonable timescale considering circumstances. Joke of a company!

Fake information, misleading and rude

After that I ve been told my package will arrive next week.
Later next week they ve said it is on the way, they gave me some trucking number, which is not working.
The next day they said it is still in their warehouse.

So for that I have tried to make a complain because they have broke the VI, XII, and XIII .th part of their own agreement. They have refused to take it, and refused to connect my call to the management, or to any leader. They have claimed the leader do not speak any other languages than czech.
They have refused the provide the recorded calls or any informations about them.

Disappointing.

Very disappointed with their service…

Very disappointed with their service and would not recommend anyone shopping with Sportisimo. Ordered something almost 3 weeks ago and still did not get it delivered, even though their website was stating that it will be sent within 3 days. I called them several times and the answer is "we dont know when we will send it". No estimated time, no attempts to solve our inquiry, nothing. They simply dont care. One representative even laughed at us at some point. I was purchasing a lot in their shops before, but this was a last time, never again!!

Update

I appreciate these are mad times but when you order they take your money straight away. You wait and wait, pester them oh it’s lost in warehouse . Ok they are not uk based fair enough il have a refund it’s done sir 2 days here we are over 9 days later still no refund if us saying it’s on way and it isn’t why!!!!!! Lie e mail everyday nothing but a automated e mail back with heavy heart I would avoid

Fisher ski sundries

No problems at all, from ordering to delivery 8 days . The only slightly annoying thing is the Hermes delivery cost. This is double what I’ve paid for much larger items to be delivered from geographically similar countries .
