I ordered alo yoga set to my girl. The order was easy, paid by PayPal, order shipped within 2 days and arrived to Canada after 7 days in it's original package.
I spoke with Melissa from customer care when I has a question and received quick and helpful replies.
Good experience.

Arrived within 10 days well packed in it's original box.

I ordered shoes almost 10 days ago and never even got a tracking number. The customer service is horrible. I was told thatthey didn’t have my size and they offered a different size or refund. I chose a different size and then never got an update after. I have to keep emailing them and I keep getting the same response, “Sorry, checking on your order” or “checking the warehouse”. Will not be ordering from them again.

I'm only giving 4 stars because it took 2 weeks from order date to date of receipt. Would have liked to have received them earlier. They were very quick to respond to any correspondence about my order since I was pretty anxious about receiving my shoes for a race. Tbh, I had doubts about the site since the reviews on many sites seemed dodgy and like they were duplicate reviews from fake accounts. Long story short, legit as long as you can wait for your order.

After long hesitation, I ordered from sportiptop.com a pair of Jordan sneakers I couldn't find anywhere else.
After placing the order I sent an email - just in case.
Melissa replied to me within 4 hours and update each progression of the order.
I received the Jordan after 2 weeks.
After few day, the customer service sent me an email to make sure I am satisficed with my order - so YES! I am.
I truly recommend this website - not only the selection, but the customer service is amazing.

Just received the Hoka trainers for my child.
After placing the order I conttact customer service to expedite the shipping and will replly to me within few hours - and upgrade the shipping method for free.

Will from Customer Support is amazing. The Sportiptop is an American Company and I live in Australia. I am a nurse and wanted to purchase a new pair of my Shechers duty shoes but accidentally ordered the UK size instead of the USA size. I corresponded with Will via email and he made the return process so simple for me and my money was refunded so I could buy the right size. Thank you Will for all your communication. I would not hesitate to purchase from Sportiptop again as even though I’m in Australia, I am confident in the returns and refund process.

Don't buy from them. If you have to return something, like I did (because my usual shoe size they sent me was a size and half too big), the company will ignore you for several weeks and then lie and say they didn't receive the return.
If you look on their website, for returns it says to email them. That's it. But it clearly says returns are possible. When you do email them, they'll literally ignore you. If you get mad about it and tell them they false advertise that they allow returns, they'll tell you to send it to them and tell them the tracking number. That's it, not return label. AND NO RECEIPT CAME WITH THE PRODUCT. I wrote a note with order number and another number they said was their internal order number. Sent it to their address. UPS printed me proof they signed to receive the return. They have repeatedly lied and said they never got it.
