be careful of not falling into a trap
My friend ordered some ice skates and one pair of skate was not delivered. Sportega did not feel responsible and blaimed the transport service which also kept blaming Sportega. end of the story means product paid but not delviered. be careful

Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to object to the negative review.

The complaint regarding the allegedly incomplete delivery was carefully investigated. To allow the customer to verify the process, we provided video footage of the parcel being packed. According to our claims department, all skates were packed very carefully in such a way that it would not have been possible for the skates placed in the middle of the parcel to go missing during transport. The footage also clearly shows all boxes containing the ordered goods being packed.

We regret the situation that has arisen. However, the parcel was wrapped in transparent foil, so at the time of delivery it was immediately visible how many boxes it contained. If the parcel had in fact contained only two boxes of skates instead of three, this would have needed to be documented with a photo taken upon receipt, clearly showing that the parcel contained only two boxes.

Unfortunately, the photo we received from the customer does not prove how many boxes the parcel actually contained, nor whether it may have been resealed. As no conclusive evidence of the loss of part of the shipment was provided, the claim was rejected by the carrier DPD.

unfortunately very bad experience

unfortunately very bad experience: I ordered 3 pairs of Ice skates and one of the three was not delivered. Sportega blames the logistic company who blames Sportega and nothing was solved. really poor service - be careful of loosing money.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir möchten jedoch gegen die negative Bewertung Einspruch erheben.

Die Reklamation bezüglich der angeblich unvollständig zugestellten Sendung wurde sorgfältig geprüft. Zur Überprüfung haben wir dem Kunden eine Videoaufzeichnung des Verpackungsvorgangs zugesandt. Nach Auskunft unserer Reklamationsabteilung wurden alle Schlittschuhe sehr sorgfältig verpackt, und zwar auf eine Weise, die es ausschließt, dass die in der Mitte des Pakets befindlichen Schlittschuhe während des Transports verloren gegangen sein könnten. Auf der Aufzeichnung ist außerdem deutlich zu sehen, wie alle Kartons mit der bestellten Ware verpackt wurden.

Die entstandene Situation bedauern wir sehr. Die Sendung war jedoch in transparenter Folie verpackt, sodass bei der Übernahme auf den ersten Blick erkennbar war, wie viele Kartons sie enthielt. Hätte die Sendung tatsächlich nur zwei statt drei Kartons mit Schlittschuhen enthalten, hätte dies durch ein bei der Übernahme aufgenommenes Foto belegt werden müssen, auf dem klar zu erkennen ist, dass die Sendung nur zwei Kartons enthält.

Das Foto, das wir vom Kunden erhalten haben, belegt leider weder, wie viele Kartons die Sendung tatsächlich enthielt, noch, ob sie gegebenenfalls nachträglich neu verklebt wurde. Da kein eindeutiger Nachweis für den Verlust eines Teils der Sendung vorgelegt wurde, wurde die Reklamation seitens des Transportunternehmens DPD abgelehnt.

Did not receive part of my order: 30 emails and 42 days passed to resolve

I ordered a Thule Chariot from Sportega and the rain cover was missing. I contacted both Thule and Sportega and was told it was a matter for Sportega to resolve. Completely lazy administrative responses from Ingrid. I was eventually told that the rain cover had been ordered after 'putting the spurs into the horse'. Just terrible customer communication.

I then waited approximately 25 days, the replacement part did not arrive. I got back in touch with Sportega who conveniently told me it was 'on the way'... (my cynical mind knows exactly that this part was sitting in the warehouse / office and once again the customer had to 'put the spurs into the horse' to get it/them to do anything.

They are an online company with very poor customer care. That's it.

Yay! I got my racket.

Initially, I was hesitant to order my tennis racket from Sportega due to some negative reviews. However, I managed to get the Wilson Blade racket, which was sold out everywhere else. The delivery was fast, and the price was unbeatable! Thanks for the excellent service! P.S. I didn't use the stringing service; my tennis coach took care of that.

Reliable seller

Communication can be slower sometimes because obviously it is a Czech e-shop, but they put emphasis on being fair and honest and have a wide range of quality goods. 100% recommend, just make sure you are not ordering superurgent stuff at the last minute during busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Ordered Thule roofbars, one of the locks not working. I wrote an email, no answer, wrote another one after 7 days, no answer.
The phone on the website is a joke, it does not exist, (no prefix).
the only way you can complain is through a form which you need to send on your own cost in DE.
Moreover, returning the goods costs (imagine the cost of shipping a package from CH to DE...).
I really cannot believe this exists in 2022, I really cannot believe.
Typical type of online company who grew like hell in 2020-2021, but services are from Middle Ages...

Wrong item received - No email replay

Although a running vest arrived it was not the right one. I contacted the team via email to request a return postage and a refund as the mistake was not mine. I have waited two weeks for a replay after contacting them twice one two different emails. I am thoroughly unimpressed with the level of service I received and will not be showing from them agin.

Terrible service

I have tried contacting them several times by phone and no answer... I sent an email and I get no answer. The service is a disaster, my order keeps on getting delayed. I don't recommend ordering from them.

Low quality but expensive badminton racquet

I bought a Yonex Astrox 77 Blue from Sportega.ch. This was an expensive racquet which cost ~CHF 160. One of the strings on the racquet broke off after just 10 mins of usage. This was shocking to me! When I wrote back to them complaining about the same, they refused to acknowledge this as a product quality complaint and asked me to return the product at my own cost. They said that they will assess with the "supplier" and that there is no guarantee of a replacement. To me this is a unacceptable customer service. I am terribly disappointed with Sportega and would not buy anything from them in future

Always on time in full

Always on time in full. I ordered icehockey gear and I simply got what I ordered for a competitive pricing. May a bit more variaty from Bauer in the portfolio would be good.

Sportega is great!

I have ordered hockey items and they arrive on time and in very good condition. But you have to be aware that you buy online and not all sizes are suitable. From my at least 20 Items I got so far two Items i was surprised that they are very small. But the size was correctly specified by Sportega and that is probably a manufacturer problem. Sportega is top.
