This is truly one of the worst websites I've ever been on. Family members have bought and sold two software companies, I used to program computers, one child worked at a high level at Google for many years. We are sophisticate and none us could figure out how to register for a 5K on the Sportscheck website. The company should let the old programmers go and hire someone who can create a functional website. What a total waste of my time...

I just tried to order the North Face Rolling Thunder Trolley right before my trip and the order was cancelled by Sportscheck after 3 days. The product is however still shown as available in the online shop and also available in multiple stores. Please don‘t trust them when ordering! First order and never again …

They never sent me a receipt for my online order. First they said they cancelled it because of billing issues - but they sent it anyway and still charged me.
Not possible to return in store with my order number which is all they gave me. Online return process requires another number - Customer number - which is only on the receipt which I never received. Still trying to get it from them.

Ordered a pair of shoes to receive at the store in Marienplatz to try them, which of course I had to buy beforehand.... When I went there, the woman on the counter was very unfriendly to me without any specific reason except the fact that I don't speak any german. She was refusing to speak english to me or she didn't know enough to communicate. I ended up taking my shoes, which I didn't even like in the end but I didn't return them because of the stress that would induce me if I had to deal with such an unfriendly behaviour. Already bought a couple of pairs from them but this was the last time since there is not any actual benefit than any other online store that you can't try the shoes before buying them. Very negative experience both times.
