Product not received and no communication to EMail and online forms -looks like a SCAM so avoid and purchase similar product elsewhere

I’d give this zero stars if I could.
This is a total scam. Bought band, mat and workout book. Pathetic band arrived and that was it not as advertised. Got same email saying improved version and as a gesture of goodwill would send me a free Mat and workout book…..the ones I’d already paid for!! Do not fall for it like it did! I am trying to reverse the charge on my credit card

Placed an order which arrived 4 weeks later than promised. Sent this email:

'We had some issues with the supply of our SPORTBAND products. You will receive an email explaining this thoroughly, but rest assured that your order has been shipped and you WILL receive a tracking number very soon, if you haven’t received it already. An assistant will be in touch with you to guide you through the process, and as a sorry for this inconvenience, we will be refunding £5 to your payment method once your order has been received at your shipping address. If you need any more assistance, please leave a message here or via email and we will reply as soon as we can.'

Refund was not placed. Then a product arrived which was not the same as the website and advertisement. Complained and received this email:

"We hope this email finds you well. We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your recent order from Serenity. It has come to our attention that the supplier has inadvertently sent you the wrong sportband set, and we understand how frustrating this must be for you.

Please know that we take this matter seriously, and we are committed to rectifying the situation as quickly as possible. To make it right, we would like to offer you a free replacement for the correct sets that you originally ordered. We're very sorry for the inconvenience."

It seems that other reviewers have had the same experience as they claimed it was the correct item.

'We would like to assure you that the set you received is indeed the new and improved version of the SPORTBAND®. We recently made enhancements to the product to provide customers like you with an even better workout experience. These improvements include greater resistance capabilities, increased durability, and improved portability.

While the visual appearance of the set may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website, we can assure you that the functionality and performance remain uncompromised. The new version of the SPORTBAND® offers enhanced features that will enable you to perform over 75+ exercises and achieve your fitness goals much more effectively.'

These emails were spaced over a few months so their customer service are not helpful and like others have said, a scam. Don't buy this.

Item never received. Absolutely shocking. Avoid and pay a bit more from an actual company that exists.

Purchased this 8 weeks ago and still has t turned up.

How there are any good reviews I’ll never know.

I’ve tried cancelling the order but just get emails back saying it will be dispatched in 2-3 days.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!!!!

I have been waiting 6 weeks every time I do have a reply same old template email saying it's a delay and will arrive 4 days time shocking way to run a business.
Keep away from this scam 😡😡🤬

Missing items.
Resistance not 200.
Do not buy.

Item received was a generic non branded cheap and nasty resitance band set. Didn't send the mat I paid for and took a full month to arrive despite paying for speedy shipping. Customer service ignore you when you reach out, huge huge con

Pretty sure this is a scam website. I never received an order number or confirmation email despite having funds taken from my account. Contacted them multiple times and they take many days to reply. When they do reply they simply state their delivery time has been impacted. Been waiting 14 days now when they said it would be delivered in 7. Don't bother wasting your money.

After looking for a Sports band a million of these companies started appearing on my feeds, unfortunately chose this one…they don’t tell you they are in the US and will take weeks to send. Maybe it was my fault for assuming it was in the UK but I’m close to going to my CC company for a refund. Didn’t think the only pounds I’d be losing was money.
