It cancelled my order without any consent? They just accept UK credit/debit card

oh gosh why didnt i see these reviews prior to buying a beauty couch !!! really bad service, i have a small home salon, purchased a beauty couch, first one wouldn't close back together for storage when set at highest setting, which they replaced, second one the screws pinged out of the back rest whilst i had a client on it ...

THEIR REPLY WHEN I WAS ASKED FOR PICTURES - We will not be able to assist in this matter as we do not cover units used in commercial settings, This should not have been resolved prior but note has been made not, Please proceed as you must.

My spin bike pedal snapped off . I still had warranty on the bike . But when reading the reviews I was anxious about calling the company as other reviews had stated that this company don't honour warranty policy . I was pleasantly surprised when I got through to Doug and he was very understanding of the issue that occured . Without hesitation he checked the images I sent and advised he would get me a new bike out straight away . He even let me choose another bike at no cost to me. Gave me advice on what bike would be a suitable one for everything I wanted to use it for . I can't fault his customer service . I made a few calls to Doug up to receiving my new bike which arrived with days of him placing my order . I thought he would have got annoyed with the number of calls received by myself but his customer service remained excellent throughout . I'm very happy with my new bike . Doug is a credit to the company . I work on customer service and know how damaging bad reviews can be therefore I really wanted to leave a positive one . Thanks Doug

Absolute joke of a company…..bought a pool table at over 400 pound ….had two men deliver and said they couldn’t I lift it on their own😂….I had to help them and then they refused to put it in my shed which was 20 steps away…….when opening the package a pocket was dinted ran company and spoke to a guy called Doug who said he would get back to me within 24 hours …still waiting …tried ringing again told them who I was and details and they just put phone down on you …….DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a rectangle trampoline back in April. Still trying to get the jump mat to fit. After serval emails later and they keep giving me advice on how to do this I still haven't been able to fit jump mat.
They say its not a fault.
They say I have to pay postage for return and any signs of use will be taken from refund.even the packaging has to be in reusable condition.
Rubbish company, rubbish customer service.

Purchased a treadmill from this company in February this year and found it faulty from day one. The belt would not stay central and moved to one side and started binding even after a few minutes at walking pace. I tried many times to reset the belt without success. After just over a week I told the company I wished to return the item as faulty and after many emails and videos showing the fault they agreed to refund my money.
I duly returned the item using Tuffnells and although Tuffnells stated they had delivered the item within a couple of days UK Sport and Leisure denied having received it for nearly two weeks which caused us anguish until Tuffnells produced evidence of receipt. (signature of an employee )
I later found out that the online retailer must pay the cost of returned faulty items and I made a claim for £70.74 but the company has refused to pay stating their engineer found no fault with the machine. Which is rubbish as was the machine. Save yourselves a lot of grief do not buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Faulty item received, I contacted the company and had to wait weeks for a replacement part and was told to email them once I had the part and they'd send the instructions (seemed long winded but I agreed). After numerous emails, I still don't have the instructions and have asked for a full refund and for collection of the item.

Terrible customer services, the product is still under warranty and I have given more than enough time for this to be resolved. It should not be this difficult to get a refund. I do not want the item repaired as I do not trust this company. Refund required!

Dire, dire, dire. No care for the customer at all.
The day after I posted on here I received an email from regarding the 4 week old treadmill that stopped working after 3 weeks.
Received an email from them today with instructions on how to troubleshoot the problem which involves going into the mechanics of the treadmill. I’m not confident doing this as I’m not an engineer. It stopped working after 3 weeks. I either want a fund refund or a replacement new treadmill. And I did leave my order number when I filled in the original post. It is 400051462
So now you can confirm that I am a genuine customer. I’ve emailed this company back today saying that I want either a new replacement or a full refund or I will get the ombudsman involved as the treadmill they sold me is not fit for purpose under the consumer rights act and I’m not messing with mechanics as they can then say it’s my fault. Again, dire customer service. Please think again if thinking of buying from this company as the support just isn’t there if anything goes wrong. I’ll keep updating this post even if I end up having to go to the small claims court.

Customer care and after sales service are non existent with this bunch of scam artists!
Bought a garden pool which arrived faulty. Erecting it for the first time saw it empty itself through a faulty seam. Contacted them and asked for a replacement or a refund. They would do neither! Instead they gave me the name and number of the people they bought it off and told me to sort it out with them.
I emailed again (5 times) explaining that under the law covering distance selling (on line purchases) they have to either pick it up at thier expense and refund me, or replace it as it arrived "not fit for purpose". Thier response was basically, not our problem! Shocking attitude. How are these cowboys still in business.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered this on 30/03/2021. Part 1 & 2 of 3 were delivered, I am now emailing regularly to get part 3. I was promised this was sent 1 week ago, still no delivery. I have sent further emails Saturday and today with no response.

I will keep chasing for part 3, and if I do not get a response this week I will take this complaint further.

Currently I am horrified by the complete disregard of customers for this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. their communication is shocking. They sent me faulty/damaged goods, a treadmill and made me jump through hoops before agreeing to a return. they took days to reply to emails as they don't have a call centre. The whole process took 4 weeks from initial payment to receiving my refund.

I bought a £260 trampoline from them, only for it to arrive with missing pieces and damaged!! They are now ignoring me.

AVOID - con artists and no customer service!
I placed an order for a £200 pool table. I ordered it well before their ‘3pm deadline’ for next day delivery. However, I emailed them immediately after ordering (which they tell you to do on their website!) and stated that if it couldn’t be delivered the next day I would need to cancel my order (it was a birthday present) I didn’t even receive an order confirmation until 10 hours later, then received an email the next day stating they had just despatched the item, despite me asking them to cancel. A series of incredibly rude emails back from them, declaring they don’t cancel orders once placed and that you shouldn’t place an order with any expectation of a delivery date (despite them splashing next day delivery all over their website). In their words

‘i wish you luck as we have done nothing no other company would do, Its job I.E dispatching your order that has been placed’

They are incredibly rude, with no customer service. Conveniently all their phone lines are out of action, they blame covid but there’s no reason these shouldn’t be operational.

The order arrived, 3 days late.. my son was incredibly excited, so despite my concerns we accepted the order. The pool table is extremely badly damaged in several places and hasn’t even left the box. I have no doubt this was already damaged prior to dispatch and this whole company is a con.

They are now ignoring all my emails and left me no choice but to contact trading standards and attempt to get my money back through my credit card company.

Please please do not order from this company!!

I ordered a new trampoline for the grand kids on tuesday night and it arrived friday. Very good service and quick delivery. 2 happy grand kids.

I'd like to give an update on my last review. Having written this and sent more than a few emails (including a video of the bike) I got a response and they have picked up the machine. They've told me my refund is coming so I've changed the stars. However the customer service is bad. So, if you want a bike my advise is really consider it first and be warned that it will take you a while to get a response from these guys.

God I wish i'd read these reviews before I purchased from these cowboys. I bought a bike which is well below parr frankly and I want a refund which I believe is my right. I've contacted them three times and nothing. Not a sound. They've very cheekily turned off the phone line, using COVID as an excuse but I fear that is just a tactic to avoid all the people they've scammed. I will be taking this further if anyone is keen to join forces. I'll contact trading standards to start with!

Scam company, avoid at all costs, they will send damaged items and then ask you to pay for them to be returned. Unusable treadmills, please go elsewhere.

I would rather leave no stars ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE!! It took me 8 emails to finally get a reply to now being ignored completely

you have received my item back on 4/2/21, delivered with DX, you said I would receive my refund within 48 hours, I still haven’t received my refund, the whole process from start to to now has been very frustrating.

Having spent £270 on a treadmill I was disappointed to find:
1) no British plug
2) an instruction leaflet for assembly written in very poor English and multiple spelling errors
3) screw holes which didn’t line up
4) how much it would cost to send back

Ordered an exercise bike on Monday evening. Arrived Wednesday morning. Very well packaged all items received. Quick and simple assembly.
Seen the bad reviews but I can have zero complaints.

I received a treadmill which cost £270 - it arrived with an eu plug so no good, they offered to send a plug, but i opted to return as there was also an open 'seam' in the top where it wasnt screwed together properly. I had to pay £40 to return the product, Quite disappointed and wish i hadnt purchased It would have been better for them to collect which is what a company would usually do as part of good customer service. They also didnt reply to my email straightaway, i had to send it twice before i got a response.
