I have been using Spooky2 products for about 6 years. I am from a health fitness holistic yoga & nutrition back ground and naturally have gravitated towards these wonderful devices with myself and then clients. I now have 8 generators a scalar and the recent purchase of the Central completes this trinity of healing! Spooky2 is a remarkable company and after listening to John White (Spooky2 owner) the master genius with a code of ethics that sold the Spooky2 vision to me, is without a doubt a wonderful human and this shines through the whole company! Vicky has gone above and beyond any expectations in helping me to buy the Central. As always the client services before and after are second to none and they’re always so helpful & cheerful! Like John! The whole system is phenomenal, it’s affordable and everyone should be using them. They really are the future of medicine! 🔥❤️👌

I reached out via WhatsApp to an old number I had used with one of their reps. The person said it was no longer a number in use for Spooky2 and then connected me with a person and number that was. I was trying to get the last moments of their sale and managed to achieve success with their help. I had just placed and order and they helped me to connect to that order. They are very courteous and kind. I always enjoy working with them.

Spooky2 provides high quality equipment, which is very capable at improving health outcomes in so many ways. Consequently, using it can be quite complex, and this is where Spooky’s reaponse to users’ problems is first class.

I sent in a detailed explanation of my difficulty with the equipment, together with photos’ and Anna carefully answered so that I could resolve the issue. Thank you Anna!

We are new users to Spooky2. My husband did the 11 day Terrain protocol with no herx reaction. He is now on BioFeedback scans and we are running those results along with some other programs once a week. Being that I still have mercury fillings in some teeth I did the Terrain-(minus) Mercury. I did get a herx reaction and paused and backed off the program several times and finally stopped it and started the lowest terrain possible, I think .25. Completing that program I am now running the Terrain-(minus) Mercury once again having no herx reactions. I am running this terrain-Mercury along with some Allergy programs that seem to be treating me just fine. So overall we are using prudence on ourselves and Spooky2 and doing well. Thank you.

When my Central Unit stopped lighting the plasma tube, I was concerned I would have to ship it to China for repairs. With guidance from Jane Zhang, I was able to troubleshoot the problem and she said I needed to replace the main circuit board. She guided me throught the steps required to remove and replace the circuit board. My Spooky2 is working again thanks to a great support team.

Spooky2’s customer service truly impressed me, especially Cheryl.

I initially placed an order for the GeneratorXM, but after doing some additional research, I decided to upgrade to the GeneratorX Pro. I reached out via email, and Cheryl responded very quickly. She was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process, and she made it easy for me to modify my order without any hassle.

I haven’t received the product yet, so I’ll update my review once I’ve had a chance to use it. But based on my experience so far, the customer service has been outstanding.

Spooky2 have been exceptional right from the purchasing process (questions answered promptly and clearly) through to after sales support. They are very quick to respond whether it be technical issues or program guidance, Spooky2 staff are always willing to help. Give me a break. Reading through many of these reviews for Spooky 2, notice how all of these reviews are talking about purchasing and service. But nobody is talking about if this device is actually cured anything. How about some raw evidence of this stuff even doing anything for anybody?
Note; Company's pay Review company's all the time for fake reviews to boost their products when they have never actually bought or used the product. This has become a big lie on social media. Beware and do your research. Trust Pilot you should recheck your requirements before posting fake reviews. (Verified) reviewers means nothing if the reviewer has not purchased and used the product/service.

I recently downloaded the new software being offered by Spooky2 from the website downloads page, and very happy to report how easy and seamless the process was. The easiest software download ever!!!

I´m completely new to this technology and was a little lost regarding where to start and how to decide which device was optimal for me. Thanks to the immediate response from the customer service, answering my questions and doubts I have purchased the Generator Xpro. I have found a lot of helpful material and tutorials about getting started and looking forward to discovering all the benefits of this amazing technology.
