Nick makes what can be a very stressful process feel completely straightforward and stress-free. He took the time to understand our circumstances, found us the best deal to suit our needs, and made sure we were aware of all the available options. He also went through everything with us carefully to ensure we understood what we were borrowing and, importantly, that we could comfortably afford it.

The online portal Nick uses is also incredibly easy to navigate, making submitting all the information and documents needed really simple.

After browsing their site I sent them a message one evening and got a prompt email back the next morning. Within a week I had a face to face meeting with Nick who is very friendly, professional and made the experience an easy one. By the end of the meeting I had the report I needed as well as getting some important information for the future. Although I wasn't using their services to find a mortgage; I'll have no hesitation in using their services when I do need one.

Even when needing to go back for further help in April, help was at hand and dealt with professionally. It was made very clear to me that they value me as a customer and that if I need any help in the future they are more than willing to provide it.

Moving and buying a house is a crazily stressful experience, and Nick and Kasia have made this experience as smooth as they possibly could.
They are always available to talk to, or quick to respond, even if it for the daftest of questions. (Which was a few from me!)
