I ordered a personalised wine glass for a friend’s 60th birthday. The glass arrived quicker than expected and looks great , as advertised. Many thanks .

Purchased a personalised bottle and received a poorly engraved. Stated it did not resemble the original one that was advertised.
The engraving is not as advertised.
I have attached pictures under reviews on there website.

On receipt of my grandsons new drinks bottle I noticed Marks where his name had been etched. The company asked me to return the bottle so they could remove the mark which I have already tried to do, not possible.
Since then to black plastic top has now cracked causing the bottle to leak! I have asked spokengift for a replacement or at least a new plastic top, I am now waiting for an update/ reply!
Water bottle Update.
Today I received a brand new replacement water bottle from spokengifts free of charge. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the company for their fast response in replacing the bottle.

Im sorry to say that the new replacement bottle top has once again broken this is the second top to crack/ break i really feel that the tops are not fit for purpose!!!

The customer service is excellent, unfortunately the engraved vase was unsatisfactory, along with the replacement that was sent very quickly.

The engraving has a coating that unfortunately came out very patchy. If it had worked correctly the engraved vase would have been really lovely. I was sooo disappointed in the product but Ben provided fantastic service, sending out a replacement speedily but no better than the first, resulting in a full refund.

I recently ordered a stainless steel tankard with luxury gift box and unique inscription from Ben at Spoken Gifts for a friend's 80th birthday.

It is far better than expected and delivery was extremely fast considering the work involved. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone for bespoke gift ideas.

Ordered a personalised wine cooler. Really happy with it, very nice quality engraving. Delivery was amazingly quick considering the item is personalised. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Very impressed with my product, will use this company again. Initially I asked a question by email, and received a reply promptly. My item was received in a few days, and exceeded expectations.

Ordered 2 personalised insulated water drinking bottles. Both failed within around 6 months, letting water in between the two walls. Before failing the coating became very worn, they are not powder coated like sho or chili bottles, just paint on to metal which marks very easily. Got an automated message from their customer service but not follow up. Have replaced with 2 sho bottles which cost less in the black Friday sale.

This personalised gift company is amazing. Such great value for money, all my orders have been correctly engraved and delivered to me in a couple of days. They go above and beyond with excellent customer service, they are brilliant, highly recommend!

I was trying to order personalised pocket watches for my upcoming wedding. Most places I had tried would not have had them ready on time as there was a 2-3 week estimated delivery time. I messaged Spoken Gifts and they explained they could have them sent out the following day. They arrived 2 days after I ordered them, engraved perfectly and really good quality for the price I'd paid. Im so happy with my order.

I ordered a personalised enamel mug on Tuesday and didn't expect delivery until next week. It arrived on Wednesday (the next day)!
The mug is a very well made, quality product and the message is stamped into the enamel, which I didn't expect.
I don't normally write reviews, but the service and quality deserves recognition. I would definitely use Spoken Gifts Ltd again

Awful item. Looks like a Christmas cracker toy. So so cheap and not fit for purpose. Wouldn’t give me a refund so will be going in the bin. I’m embarrassed
