Have purchased from this site a couple of times and has been really good. Got everything I ordered 1st time with pretty quick delivery (we are rural) 2nd order they responded pretty quickly they couldn’t provide everything and I had the refund portion show pretty quickly. Will be buying from them again.

This company straight from the first instance is a suspect company, if you contact them by Email & there is no reply this is a major red light and I have just realised I may be have been scammed, they gave me 5 working days to receive my order it is now 10 days and no indication or response from them whatsoever, This is another company who say they are operating out of Auckland N.Z but I doubt that it is legitimate now.. After another E mail to this company and a comment of my thoughts, I finally received a refund through paypal..

I ordered an item on the 13th December. Several emails later I have still not received it. They answered my first email but the ones after that have been ignored. They are obviously not a trustworthy company and shouldn't be trading. Very angry at the lack of response.

Ordered something 3 month ago. I worte a mail to them in December when my item still haven’t come or haven’t got any mail with tracking info.

First they just told me that this is how it works and we have delivery time for 3-4 weeks. I was like okay rude. But I’ll wait. When this weeks went by I wrote again since I still have heard nothing and my item still wasent here.
I got a email back even tho I wrote my name in my email they used my emails name not the name I wrote. Wish made me wonder if they even was reading.

After sometime when they just said they would look for it but never wrote back I decided to write again but whenever I ask for money back etc they just gave me the same standard answer and my emails name.

Finally after I wrote in here my thing suddenly showed up I never got an answer on my last email tho.

I would not buy from this company, the item also wasent I’m really good shape. And that they don’t seem to listen or help at all. Well be careful with this company.

Ordered an item in November. They never respond to emails. Item finally arrived Dec 18th and lasted about 5 mins. Total rubbish I ha ve uncovered their address it is :- WUQI ,3rd Floor, #19 DianLi Industrial Zone Wu Tong, Xiamen FUJIAN, 361000, CHINA Tel No 05925730094

I placed order beginning of Nov it's now Dec no goods and not replying to emails I think they are not legitimate

Have ordered 17 Oct 2017 they keep on making promises, be very careful.

We have not get our order. We ordered 9. June 2017, and payed instantly.
We wrote Them 10 times, and they apologized - but absolutely nothing
Happened.
We asked also for our money back, without result.
So! Keep Way!!!!
