loodgieter-schouten.nl came to my house to fix a pipe that burst on Sunday. They changed me EUR 2,600 and insisted I pay the amount on the spot to stop the water pouring out of my ceiling.
They promised that a full invoice and report would be provided so that I could claim from insurance.
I stared to call them from 9am on Monday and every time the phone was answered the woman would hang-up.
I called the bank and they would not reverse the charge. I also contacted the police and they are of the view that this is a civil matter when in my view fraud is a criminal matter.
Has anyone been able to claim any money back from insurance or by way of other means ?

I had clogs and water leakage on my kitchen sink and laundry drain pipe last Sunday and after contacting tons of plumbing services near Zaandam, a plumber came to my house and quoted me €300+ or €200 if I pay in cash. I choose to pay in cash however I had to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash. I was naive and careless for trusting him so much that I went with his GF to drive me to the ATM. I left him alone at the house for about 10 mins.

After I paid him he said my invoice will be emailed to me in an hour but it never came. An hour passed by and my kitchen sink and laundry had leaks again. I’ve been calling the company to ask him to return as he said there is a warranty and for them to send my invoice but no action has been done until now. They always hang up the phone or say empty promises.

Also one of my bags (Dior) got stolen. The stupid plumber left the ribbon in the toilet cabinet.

Please beware and don’t trust people so blindly.

Scam, if I’d only read this reviews before.. same as with other, huge charge, no real fix

Scammers !!! Avoid them and them page....we had emergency situation needed help.And we seen that they are able 24/7 at the beginning it seemed everything okey .They "fixed" it charged 900e for 2 hour ,and later when we seen that water leaking sayed them ,they came to check again and sayed we will fix it ,just need to go to car take some tools and run away .Same evening we called again to main number to complain about this situation and they sayed tomorrow we will come to fix it because there is guarantee ,but next morning no one showed up .We tried to call again ,our number been blocked.Also our neighbors try to call them they also been blocked.Now we did report to police , hopefully something gonna happen.
The main thing of complain is "Please do Not use them service they are bunch of scammers!!!"
Today came another specialist just touched them job with one finger and everything fall apart.
If I could give them a 0 stars I Would .I believe in Karma so I hope they will get punishment.
