First year it was great but..

First year it was great. I had home projects and loved this as a visualization tool. However, after not using it for some time, i was charged the annual subscription. When i saw this, i asked them to cancel my account. They did not and here i am a year later without having used it at all this past year with another charge. Asking for a cancellation will not cancel your account and you will continue to be charged until you process the cancellation yourself.

Texas designers love SPOAK!

Spoak has been such a game changer for my design business! It’s incredibly user friendly and has made organizing projects and shopping lists so much easier for both myself and my team. I love being able to keep everything in one place, from mood boards and inspiration, to orders and project details, it truly streamlines the entire process.

The platform feels creative yet professional, which makes it enjoyable to use every day. My clients also love how polished and organized everything looks when we share boards with them. I can tell Spoak really cares about making the experience better for designers, and they continue to add thoughtful updates that make our work smoother.

I would highly recommend Spoak to any designer, whether you’re just starting out or running a growing design business. It’s a fantastic tool that brings together creativity, organization, and ease of use all in one place!

The best design software out there!

Spoak is an excellent tool for space curation. It allows me to easily browse, select the best options, and visualize different items in my space. I can also collaborate with my husband, making edits until the vision is perfect. I highly recommend it!

Cancelled on time, still charged

The tool itself has potential although there are several issues. But it is very frustrating that they are relying on customers to forget to cancel on time. I cancelled on the last day of the cycle and got charged. Reached out to customer support but they are refusing to refund. It is a very outdated policy.

Hi Kate,

We’re really sorry to hear this was your experience. We always want folks to feel good about their time with Spoak, and it sounds like this felt more frustrating than it should have. While we do follow our refund policy closely, we totally understand how disappointing unexpected charges can be. If there’s anything we can do to revisit your case or clarify what happened, our support team is just an email away at support@spoak.com

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPOAK

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPOAK! They increase prices without clear communication. They hide price increases in links, miscellaneous emails, etc. so that subscription users get hit with huge increases they aren't expecting. This year, annual subscriptions went up to $336 from $240 the year before, and that price increase was not included in my "upcoming subscription reminder" email.
