I’m into my first week and I can definitely notice a change.
My hair and my nails are so much better.
My aching legs and back.. what a difference. I can walk up and down stairs without moaning and groaning
Now need to get on regular monthly basis.

Easy to place order, fast delivery but most importantly, I have definitely felt a difference in my leg cramps and pain. I am diabetic and work hard at controlling my numbers and am especially concerned about my limbs.
I was getting cramps and my legs were on fire when I went to sleep at night, waking me several times throughout the night. I have been on the gummies for one week now, and already I feel a difference and have not been awakened by the discomfort of cramps and pain. They also taste good!!!

I really like these gummies and they help me sleep longer, now I only wake up once during the night instead of multiple times. If you could make them a little stronger to help me sleep all night long would be awesome.

So far….So Good ! These Magnesium gummies work well esp. if I take two at once. I usually wait till 1-2 am after I wake up to consume them. Then it’s smooth sailing to the morning.

I actually bought these for my autistic son to replace the magnesium l-threonate supplement and get him off the melatonin. I began taking them too and I sleep all through the night without waking. I think it helps him sleep better too; he seems more regulated in the morning, not scripting so much on the way to his Center.

First time I,ordered it took weeks for the gummies to arrive. Really questioned if I would order again. Second time I ordered 3 and they varrived in a timely fashion.

I have been experiencing the annoying habit of waking up around 2/3am. But on commencing taking these very pleasant Raspberry flavour gummies was soo happy to see pretty quickly a good change beginning in my sleeping habits.
I get a more deeper sleep without
Interruptions which in turn makes me feel so much brighter on waking up.
Ive only been taking the gummies for over a week and will be pleased to continue with this improved sleep pattern.

My husband and I notice a real difference in sleep. It’s longer and deeper. Easy to take as gummies are great for me as I cannot swallow capsules. I had an issue with a broken bag slashed open probably by customs. Immediately resolved by SPN. Very impressed with this product and customer service and will continue to order. Thank you.

I find I am getting several hours of sound sleep since taking the gummies. A full nights sleep hasn’t happened in many years, so, this is very helpful.

I have been using this for a week now. Last night I had such a good night's sleep. I woke refreshed. I didn't wake up through the night and didn't get any leg cramps.

I sleep so much better and if I do wake up I am able to go back to sleep. I wish it didn’t take so long to get our order. I’ve bought a few extra pkgs so i won’t run out. They really work for me.

So far so good. After 1 month, felt that this has helped with a more settled night, however, ordered 2 more month’s supply only for delayed delivery arriving 1 hour after my departure for Europe for 5 weeks. I will have to restart upon return!
