The product is absolutely amazing it has made a massive difference to my hair and I have still been able to keep the length. The company is second to none, they are so helpful and friendly, if you need any help or advice Nicky is there to help and nothing is too much trouble, also the first girl I spoke to before she got Nicky to phone me back was lovely and very friendly. Absolutely love this
Absolutely love this. I use on me and my daughter in between hair cuts and keeps hair in healthy condition. It can pull on the hair but worked out I had too much hair in device so keep section's small and no pulling. Have recommended to everyone and have had lots of compliments.

it damaged my hair, even more, the blades are very bad and it pulls healthy hair. I do not recommend it. P.S TO RESPONSE: I HAVE WATCHED 1000X VIDEOS AND READ THE INFORMATION CLEARLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT. WHICH I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH AND IT IS NOT WORTH £150. THANKS

If you've found it's 'pulling' healthy hair, this can only be down to improper preparation of the hair. Your hair must be thoroughly washed and conditioned before use.
Split Ender will not damage your hair if you prepare your hair properly and use the device as per the instructions. It is 100% safe, and cannot cut healthy hair as it's only split ends which fall into the cutting chamber.
