WHERE IS MY ORDER???!!!!
Where is my order? In October I bought a hoodie and a crewneck from splendidthreads but I never recieved my order. There was an issue regarding the crewneck and its color in December/January; however, I was told that the problem would be resolved by the end of January. I haven't heard anything since... I've tried to email and dm the company but have yet to receive a reply. I'm so sad and I'm out $130

I never received my order
I never received my order. The company will not answer my emails, my comments on instagram, or my direct messages on instagram. I waited too long to file a claim because I wanted to give her benefit of the doubt but that backfired and now I'm out almost $200.
