Splend is totally dishonest

Returned loan car as my original car was away getting fixed. Somebody had put minor scratches on car at rear. $100-200 paint job was the quote I got.
Splend demanded $1500 and said they had a quote for that. Which of course they did not actually have. They said if I did not pay the $1500 on the day then they would cancel the agreement. keep the $7000 or so I had already paid off the loan and also charge me another $3600 for goodness knows what. The original car had a huge hole in the floor which Splend had hidden from me. They have a 2% positive review rate on Product Review and a 1.1 overall star rating / 5.A terrible company and am suing them

Car warranty not covered bcz of splend

Hi
This is review about warranty of car. My car have 7 years warranty and car battery have 2 years warranty and my car was making trouble bcz of battery and splend send me to kia and said to me it gonna change under warranty and i drop car to kia and after 2 days kia said to me car is under warranty but bcz of splend car and its used as a commercial vehicle its out of warranty and splend didn't support me at all in this case they said to me they gonna cover invoice and after they run up from there words i still have car with me as i paid alot already so i can't give car back but they didn't tell everything from starting as they claim car got 7 years warranty and they didn't tell that bcz of splend car warranty go down bcz car is used as commercial vehicle i lost alot with in that time . I have all proof for that and offcourse i will take legal actions also.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Splend. Nowhere during the onboarding or rental process was it mentioned that I needed to book an appointment to return the car. When I arrived to return the vehicle, I was told I needed to wait—ended up waiting for over an hour.

For a company that promotes itself as a premium car provider, the service standards were far from premium. Clear communication and basic customer service are the least you’d expect, but unfortunately, Splend fell short. Definitely not the kind of experience I’d expect or recommend to others.

Like many providers, we require pre-booked return appointments to ensure a smooth handover, especially during peak hours.

Hyundai Santa fe

I recently bought my brand new Hyundai Santa Fe from Splend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Ray was super helpful throughout the whole process—great customer service and always quick to answer any questions I had.

It did take a little longer than I expected, but in the end, it was totally worth the wait. I’ve got the car I wanted, and everything was handled professionally. Thanks again to Ray and the team at Splend!

I had another great experience with Splend today. The service was excellent as always. I upgraded my car to a better model quickly and smoothly. Simon was especially helpful—he took care of my issue in no time and made sure I left as a happy customer.
A big thank you to the Splend team for their outstanding support!

Simon was very helpful to me today with no issues whatsoever. He was very clear in the way he communicated and answered every questions I had of the contract, the vehicle and Splend in general.

Simon was very helpful to me this morning. He helped me with the onboarding process, explained everything in detail. There was a scratch on the car. He helped me clear that without any charge which is very much appreciated.
He also helped my wife get through the additional driver process with ease.
My experience today with Simon was simply awesome. He is a great ambassador of the Splend brand.
