Very nice sounds. Note: I haven't yet had the opportunity to stress-test their creative limits in context of a composition (e.g., attempted emulation of recorded performances of real string players) since I am in the process of learning to use a DAW. My biggest concern is coming up to speed with the Kontact 8 Player and developing a mental map of its features (that is, a general theory of operation and set of best practices that would enable honest stress testing). It sometimes doesn't do what I want in instances where I think I am simply repeating a set of instructions that earlier had yielded successful operation (like getting multiple instruments to play at once by clicking on the "M" box (given a choice of "S" or "M")). The Kontact Player is probably subtle but not malicious.
