A scam disguised as spiritual product

The online sale portal sells a monthly subscription for usd 14.99 and once you pay that, presents you with 2 consecutive upsells at usd 19.99 each. Regardless of whether you decline one or both the upsell offers, you get charged for both and they refuse to refund, citing terms even though at least one of tge 2 upsells was declined in my case. The upsell offer is presented with no displayed price tag, fooling you into assuming it’s a bonus they throw in. By the time I got to the second upsell offers, I smelled something fishy and declined the second offer which also displayed no price tag.
Very verily scammy sales interface!! How can there be anything spiritual about their offering? In any case my inclination towards spiritual progress vanished after such treatment and their firm refusal to refund even the charge I never agreed to.
Be very careful and read their terms befor you fall for the soft music being played to get you into a positive accepting state of mind. I believe this is a full fledged con op. The price tag is small enough so that you may not be inclined to raise a dispute through the bank. Apple Pay seems to offer no channels for any dispute lodgement, so bye bye to them too afaiac.
Small loss fortunately, and that is what these con artistes are relying on !!

It took them 3 tries to get it right

It took me sending, the same questions three different times before I was able to actually get an answer. Tina and Ella responded with vague non-answers. I was very happy when Ryan actually responded with the answer to my question. Five stars for Ryan. One star for the other two.

Vigo responded quickly but…

Vigo responded quickly but unfortunately I did not like his response based on your policy that up charges were not refundable.. I had to
do some research and therefore canceled everything due to the Florida statue and was credited back everything. Vigo responded back and promptly refunded those charges and appreciated his quick response. Thank you
