AVOID…
AVOID…. I called up to enquire about a Mercedes c class, the guy on the phone said I could pay a deposit but the keys where not available as a problem with the key safe and he would get back to me later that day which he didn’t, I had to contact him again and again. The photos showed two keys for the car but it only came with one he said the other key was lost! Sorry how can you lose a key when you are a dealership very concerning! and he would not reduce the car to cover the cost of the extra key, I asked to speak to a manager and he wouldn’t allow me to said he wasn’t in and he would get him to call to which of course he hasn’t! I personally feel he was sexist and as I’m female just fobbed me off as my husband has dealt with other car dealers before and they have been fantastic but as for me was disgusted by the treatment I recieved. I had to request my refund three times before I got it again he thought due to me being female it didn’t matter. Shocking, poor, worst car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Do not buy from them
