Outrageous KYC.

So for one I should have known when every offer was like double your money. But did it anyway, spent 30 total. Went to withdraw 100 and this is the email I get for verification
Keep inind they want a bank statement with the purchase I just made the day before on it
And has to be 100 percent selfie and legible
I'll never get redeemed through them
This ticket was created on your behalf.

TRASH!

TRASH!! I've tried to withdraw 330$ 8 different times and they keep telling me my bank transfer is declined, I'm not even asking for a bank transfer but a prepaid debit card,I withdrew from them once before with minimal hassle so they know all my info is correct but they also keep telling me to make sure my documentation is verified! If they e already allowed me to redeem money in the past it has to be verified, I've asked clearly what specifically they need verified but they just keep responding with the same cookie cutter response. I would stay as far away from this casino as possible they play games and just want you to give up on requesting the money they owe you. I'm requesting withdrawal for the 9th time as of today but I don't expect too much.

Love the gaming experience and would definitely give this a higher rating but having issues with verification. Got an email saying I was successfully verified but when I go to redeem it won’t let me. Now says it’s pending. Tried to contact support and still waiting to hear back. I would change this to a much better rating if this process/ redemption went a little smoother.

DO NOT PLAY A DIME HERE

If you’re familiar with “GRAND VAULT CASINO” this is the same exact company. They are liars and will not pay you. They will send an email asking you to verify info even if you’re already fully verified. If this isn’t completed in “7 days” they will close your account and take your winnings. These people are the biggest fraudsters in the net. DO NOT PLAY HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME. DO NOT BUY THEIR 29.99 for 75SC package they are currently spamming. THEY ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE DOWN, SO THEY ARE TRYING TO GET AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM

They should be ashamed to try to call themself spins America

So usually I have no problem getting my winnings when I play on social casinos but this one however nowhere in the description for the bonus that I paid for did it say anything about a playthrough requirement but lo and behold I paid $20 but I got the $50 SC and I got up to about $600 in winning and so I'm thinking I can cash that out right wrong oh so wrong I was I was able to cash out $100 oh but wait it gets worse so I go to do the redeem and there's this little notification that says your kyc process is still pending still processing or whatever well the funny thing is I don't remember ever doing the kyc no customer service anywhere to be had this is hands down the worst Social Casino I've ever played on and I will not do that again no response from the emails that I've sent and no way to verify who I am no way to claim my winnings that is a scam and a half!!!!!!

I would give this platform zero stars…

I would give this platform zero stars if it were possible. My experience with Spins America has been incredibly unprofessional. They had no issues accepting my payments and allowing me to purchase multiple packages, but the moment I attempted to withdraw $900 in winnings, their communication changed.
After repeated attempts to contact support, I was finally told the platform isn't available in my state—a "restriction" that was never mentioned while I was spending money. When I questioned this inconsistency, I was simply told I had been "blacklisted" with no further explanation. It seems they only enforce their policies when it's time to pay out. Avoid this platform; they do not honor winnings and have terrible customer service.

Americas WORST social casino

Americas WORST social casino. Gave me a great deal, I bought coins, and won! Tried to redeem my prize and because I couldn't provide a sufficient picture of a digital card I used to purchase coins with, was denied. Mind you, I verified my identity, address, and provided the bank statement for the digital card I used. I screenshot of the digital card, but it just shows the number and not my name. Sent a screen record of me logging into the site, navigating to my personal info, then navigating to my digital card details, and still was t enough. They closed my account for 'failing to verify within 7 days' and the $300 prize I had won is forfeit.

I deleted my account rather than deal with it

I don’t know why I even tried after the bad experience I had with them before I always give the benefit of the doubt but they seem to keep wanting to lose customers.

I am already verified and I decided to put in 50 bucks did their playthrough and got up to 850. I get an email saying they need to re verify me! Even though I have already been verified and none of my information has changed. Going to post there outrageous verification they asked me for. I just did 50 dollar spins To go through the money and deleted my account! They turned to S@*t!!

I can’t even get a hold of customer…

I can’t even get a hold of customer service been trying for two days now and no response. I don’t know very very discouraging. Also, I’m only trying to get a hold of them to verify my account which I’m pretty sure I’ve already been verified long long time ago. finally got a response and let me tell you I read the same thing with other people. They don’t even wanna deal with it. They rather forfeit their winnings just like I am about to because I’m not about to go through a bunch of hoops and cry for my money that I paid for, but here this is what they told me. Absolute scam

had been engaging in the online slot machines with SpinsAmerica.com. I had won $300 and decided at that point that I would take the money and run, so I submitted a redemption request. I then received an email from them that in order to process the
redemption I needed to verify my identity. I found this strange because I had already gone through their identity verification process successfully. I had made two or three redemption requests that went through without issue, except for the amount of time that
passed before I received the funds in my bank account. I followed their directions that were listed in
the email describing what was needed to complete the verification process and painstakingly took a selfie of myself holding my drivers license and sent it off. A couple days later they emailed me stating that the selfie I had taken was not up to their standards
and needed to be redone and that they would also need proof of address, such as a utility bill or government document with my
address listed, a picture of my debit card and statements from the bank account that they were depositing the money into. I was to
again take selfies holding each one of these documents. It was a few days before I even realized they had sent this email to me
and next thing I knew they sent me another email that I had not responded within the 7 day period that the request was made. They did not specify when the 7 days began, apparently it began from their first request not the most recent one that was sent. Had that been that case I would have been well within the 7 day period. Their email stated that because I did not respond within a timely matter that I forfeited my winnings and my account was now closed. When I responded with how unfair and ridiculous this was they replied with their legal stuff from the fine print. What I struggle with is the money I spent in their casino on their slot machines and then to take my winnings is two hits and unfair.

Account closed after winning and submitting all verification documents.

UPDATE: After filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, the company reviewed my case, reopened my account, and processed the redemption. The issue was eventually resolved.

I strongly advise players to be extremely cautious with SpinsAmerica.

After winning approximately 700 SweepCoins and submitting a redemption request, the platform began requesting additional verification documents. I promptly provided every document requested, including proof of address and banking documentation.

Despite submitting the documents multiple times, support repeatedly claimed that documents were “not visible” or required resubmission. I fully cooperated and complied with every request within the stated timeframe.

During this process, my redemption requests were repeatedly cancelled and returned to my account. Each time this occurred, additional SweepCoins were placed on hold, reducing the amount I was able to redeem.

Eventually, my account was closed claiming that I failed to complete verification within 7 days, even though I had been actively submitting the requested documents the entire time.

This appears to be a tactic to delay verification until the deadline passes so that winnings can be confiscated.

Because of this situation I have sent a formal Notice of Intent to file complaints and will be filing reports with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Wyoming Attorney General.

Players should be very careful before depositing money on this platform.

Do not use this casino they don’t want…

Do not use this casino they don’t want to pay when you win. They asked me to jump through hoops to verify and when I provided all they wanted which was crazy a picture of me holding everything including my bank statement. They say they have in there rules that you only have 7 days to get everything they need so every time you send something it’s not right so they ask for more so your 7 days is up. Did not waste your time you will not get paid I promise you that

STAY AWAY

This is the worst casino I have ever dealt with. Daily bonus is 10 cents. If you decide to buy a package then it will have a 10x playthrough and even if you manage to get past the playthrough and have money to redeem they will just blacklist your account.
I REPEAT STAY AWAY. I have gambled on many social casinos and never had an issue (except with moneyfactory). Spinsamerica is BS. Do not give them any money because there is zero chance they will let you redeem any winnings.

Blacklisted after winning $12,000

Blacklisted after winning $12,000 because they say it is unavailable in my state. I had no knowledge of this. They allowed me to make purchases and play but only blacklisted me after I won. So they were willing to let me buy packages and play but as soon as it was time to redeem they blacklisted me. Do not play with SpinsAmerica. They do not want to pay you out and it is wild that this is how it all played out.

I had been verified for months with no previous payouts but as soon as I won some actual money they want me to reverify. I complied because they have my money but after sending in everything they requested they blacklisted me. INSANE. I am going to be reposting this review everyday to make sure anyone who checks trustpilot can stay tf away. I am going to flood this page. I can stomach a $500 loss no problem but wrongfully not paying me out $12,000 is insane. I will make a new email every single day and repost this review unless they make this right.

I am not a bot. This is not a fake review.

I have an account with literally every sweeps casino ever existed just to give you an idea. I’ve won money at most of them and made several seamless redemptions. So obviously I’m a legit player and have all the requirements needed by these places to redeem.
So I won 100sc fair and square. Tried to do the instant bank transfer but kept glitching until that option just disappeared. Ok fine, I’ll do prepaid card. Nope, within just a few hours I’m blacklisted from SpinsAmerica. No details given..either we are missing something in the fine print or they are just cheapskates that don’t want to cough up the cash. I’m voting for the latter.

5 declined redemptions already! I played after verified my account, and now they are asking for Proof of address, selfies with, debit cards, bill statements, bank statements, etc. They don’t want to pay. I just going to keep redeeming my sweepstakes coins, maybe next year will be approved. Lol I spent $650, I finally won $600, And now they don’t want to pay. It’s fine. At least I can warn more people of what they are getting in to. They only reason that I played in that casino it was because my account was supposedly verified.
