I made a deposit of £20 via paypal which has gone missing. I've waited 48 hours, as advised by their customer support and they have made no attempts to resolve this. Ive also spent a lot of money and made lots of other deposits and their slots just do not pay out. I had to ask for my welcome bonus as it was not credited on my first deposit. Very measly bonus offerings. Complete waist of time and money and just not safe to make transactions as they go missing. Completely dead casino, avoid at all costs!!!

I particularly wanted to write a review for this casino because I don't think the bad reviews being posted or the current score reflects my experience. I have played at this casino a number of times. The slots available are wide ranging. Yes you don't always win or get bonus features, as is the nature of playing these types of games (if you think you're always going to win notable amounts, you shouldn't be playing). You win some, you lose some, and you shouldn't be spending any amounts you can't afford to lose. Anyway, i had a few big wins the last time I played on various games. This is the first time I've withdrawn from this casino a sum of £2400. The customer service agent on chat was extremely friendly, and quick and helpful to answer my queries about withdrawing. Uploading documentation is made very easy with clear instructions. And my funds were in my bank account within 1 hour of uploading my documents. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I've never experienced a withdrawal this quick EVER from any other online casino. Thank you Spin Rio, you put other online sites to shame, and I will not hesitate to come back and play with you again following my experience. And yes, this is a 100% legitimate review. BAD POINTS i requested a cashout at 10am this morning its now 16.42 and it is still showing as pending all documents are verified. I am afraid this is its big down fall as its a return to visa credit and other sites i use take about 2 to 4 hours. I may be wrong but i can see it taking days and days if i ever see it. It is a pitty as i realy only withdrew to test the withdrawel system and time scales and as time drags on not even processed alarm bells are starting to ring.
6.VERDICT everything on this site is great exept the withdrawel system which is a total shame as good customer service and easy navigation sites are hard to find. But lets face it if we do win big we want to be able to withdraw quickly for treats and probably redeposit again few hours later chasing a win lol. I will upday this daily on withdrawel outcome to see how long it takes.

Absolutely crap casino I put £25 on won nothing plus they with held my welcome bonus no explanation whats so ever what a rip off

Worst site ever. Joined and deposited. Won’t let me click to play any of the games. Live chat takes u back to main screen. Cash out button don’t work. Feel completely scammed. There’s no contact number or anything. It’s the worst site I have ever come across for getting any help. I will update tomorrow if I have heard anything or got my money back.

Absolutely shocking response time, say they’ll process your money then don’t, so you ask to close your account and they won’t pay out unless you give bank statements, wage slips etc. Why do they need these if you aren’t going to play on their site anymore, owed £150 for 2 weeks almost, they just argue with you so you give up.
