I really should kick myself for not looking up reviews for this company first. I ordered a doll that was described as cloth and handmade and in the photos it was shown in a cute box and included a little knit teddy bear and other accessories. What I got looked like something from the dollar store. It was plastic with painted on features and looked nothing like the photo, came in a cellophane bag with nothing else. I was shocked! I reached out and requested a refund but I got nowhere with customer service. They stated “in order to issue a return authorization” (sending this item back to China would cost way more than the doll was worth), they wanted the barcode from the packaging and photos. I sent the photos but had not saved the packaging so they wouldn’t do anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The only reason it is a 1 star is because I am not able to rate lower. Product material and customer service are terrible. They refuse to abide by there own return policy.

Absolutely horrible! Do NOT order from these scammers. I ordered my fiance a wool anorak pullover back in November. Took almost 3 weeks and an email from me for item to show as shipped. The email apologized and informed me delay was due to item going through "strict testing". Tracking showed "awaiting item" from original destination for several more weeks with no progression After several more emails with broken english responses, along with an insulting offer of a 15% refund, item finally arrives today. It is not wool. Not even a close imitation of wool. The material is so thin, its see-through!! This is absurd! How many more people will they get away with scamming!?

The coat I ordered was not the coat I received! I spent $ 100.00 dollars on the coat. And was sent garbage! They offered me 15% of the $ 98.00 I SPENT! AS A REFUND LOL! so, what they do is advertise something really nice, then send you crap! Not what you ordered! And expect you the customer to be happy about it? The coat they advertise is worth about 150 to 200 dollars. The coat they send you is worth made 10 dollars at most. Take head to the reviews, all 1 stars, and that's only because 1 star is the lowest choice they give you if it could go lower I'm sure everyone on this sight would give a -10. Update: now they are offering me 20% of the $ 100.00 I sent them. I've asked them to just send me the coat that was advertised. They still have not commented on that. I will also report them to the trade promotions agency in china.

Company did not deliver my package. And i am having trouble contacting them. They will only communicate if i provide a credit card number to talk to them and they claim i will be reimbursed. i submitted the order on 1/1/2023 and the sale posted to my bank account on 1/2/2023. Defintly think i got scammed. i hate it when Amazon posts a site that is not legitimate. The bank transaction states the package was delivered within two days. I saw after the fact when i saw the company is in China.

Do not EVER order from this site! Fake merchandise and it will never get to you! No delivery!!! Ever!! Just watch the item in transit FROM somewhere in ASIA to a usps location FOREVER! Giant scam!!!

I ordered what I thought were to be Uggs but once I went into the website I saw that they were just knock off boots and were not official never received an email confirmation never received a date had to call Chase and cancel this transaction before it came because of all the reviews I was reading on people trying to get their money back do not order from this website

Biggest scammers ever!!!!!!!!! I order a Dallas cowboys sweater for my father for Christmas on Dec 8 yes arrived Dec 31 after multiple attempts emails of course nothing like the sweater I order then sent me an ugly leopard print one really disappointed serious then contact them and it's a bunch of non sense and lies offer 10% discount code like would ever buy from them again and only 35% of my purchase price after arguing back and forth they decided to keep my money and I will contact my attorney The are the biggest scammers ever!!!

Please do not buy from Spinpaper.. Do your research. I have filed with BBB and now have been lead to take it to the Federal Crime Commissioners and FBI crime center and 3 others Places.. I have already started the process.
They deceive customers with their products. So, please before buying do your research.

I ordered the Seresto, 8 month tick & flea collar, for my dog, it’s exactly what I expected! It came fast, as well! I’m very satisfied!

Order a jacket on Dec. 28 2022, hadn't received a order number, tracking number, etc.... email them twice and hasn't gotten a response. Scam is what I'm feeling!

If I could this company as a zero I would. Do not buy from this scam of a company. My husband ordered me a Yellowstone sweatshirt for Christmas and it just arrived. He never received a confirmation email with the order number so we sent them an email with no response back. We finally went to our bank to fight the charge on our card. Then low and behold he received a response and a week later a sweatshirt showed up. If I could post pictures I would. The sweatshirt is nothing like the one on their website. It is a thin long sleeve shirt with a ironed on decal. They should be charged with copyright infractions as this is not a true Yellowstone item. DO NOT purchase anything from this company! They should be shut down.

Scam!!!! Hope people are reading these reviews… pictures of products are NOT what you get… ordered the heart cross. Pictures were of ACTUAL horseshoes, received thin piece of painted metal… CANT get refund because of “return policy “… they offered 15% off next purchase. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!!!!

0 stars. It's a fake China company. They don't answer their phone or emails. I spent $61 on a couple shirts for my wife and reciverd nothing but a conformation that they took my money.

Ordered a sweatshirt on December 12 2022 never received it they are ascam

I ordered my husband a Yellowstone RIP jacket for 55$, and I received a thin Yellowstone vest I’ve emailed the company have not heard back. I should’ve read the reviews on this website before ordering. On top of that I just received the item yesterday.

I ordered 6’ cascading Christmas garland. Received a Santa face on a half moon type plaque decoration. Customer service said it was what I ordered despite having the order number email showing description of garland. Basically told me Santa face was not damaged, it would cost me $20 to return it, and re gift to someone in need. Opened credit card dispute today at my bank. Live and learn!

Zero is more like it didn’t get my order but they took my money what a scam that said when you wait on something for your child for Christmas and it never gets there these people need to be put out of business
