Worst experience. They purchased a car on a very low prices and than without transferring RC they used it and break the traffic rules. When I enquiry about it I got only english reply without any substance and real answer.
Don't sale your car to spinny. And think and study the market before buying a car from them.

the idea seems like it should work buuuutt it dosent, the sensors applied the crank and rest hubb are three d printed and have NO weather protection, get any damp in there in stops working, which means the whole system fails, the drive wheel is prone to slip against the bike wheel even on the flat, and the contoll computer is prone to have fits, one time i parked my bike turned it all off to save vattery only to walk away and watch my bike hurtle down the road on its own,
Pravin... Thanks for quick support, really appreciate your efforts to resolved this long pending issue.

While buying car from Spinny, customers must check the life of the battery and other parts which are not covered under Spinny.
I bought a car in the year 2025, however the battery was of 2019 for which I have to bear the cost on my own to buy new battery.
I also want to say the manager who was appointed charged me saying that it was my fault that I didn't check the entire thing withing 5days of buying. Buying car from Spinny was a matter of trust.

After selling my car, I could not get the held amount Rs. 3000 despite several requests

Had a bad experience with spiny was Selling my car (Verito 2012 D4) for the first time and I didn't even got a respectable or expected quotation coming from spinny and within just 2 weeks the ended up with the statement that just can't even sell the car with any whatsoever value (I have the recording).
So whats the difference if I have to sell the car offline on a public platform or through Spinny if they can't buy or provide any customer...They are rated as the top ones for selling and buying but unfortunately I think that's all bogus.
I even get 50-60k from scrapage policy + additional discount from manufacturer on new purchase...So if they just can't provide any better rate then why are these guys hyped...which makes me fee its all bogus and fake what they show up and have had build on social platforms for ratings and experience.
Sorry...but you were of no good, instead more of a harrasment by telling me that your car can't even be sold and thats how bad it is!

I had approached Spinny for selling my car, they inspected my car and then they asked me for 24 to 48 hours to tell them the best amount but after that I did not get any kind of reply from them. Then I called them and they told me that we are looking for the best buyer and they will call me again after some time and tell me that we are not getting the value we want so we cannot buy your car. I do not understand one thing. When you give a quote when you do not have a buyer for buying a car, they give a quote of a huge amount and if you ask, they will tell you that it is AI generated and they are free to accept their own mistakes in the name of AI. Later on in their app, I see that you have canceled the sale of the car because you did not agree with the buyer's amount but I did not get any offer. How many lies have I done? If you do not have a buyer, do not blame the seller for it. First of all, they did not show the customer a simple report of what you inspected. They didn't even mention your minimum price and then they just said we accepted your price and then they just said we don't want to sell the car. This is the worst experience with any car company. Spiny is all about marketing and not providing any real service. All this has wasted my time and energy and nothing has been achieved. The whole process was stressful, confusing and completely frustrating. Communication was poor, support was useless and resolving the issue felt like begging for basic service. This is not the experience of a professional company - it felt like dealing with people who just want to close the sale and disappear.
I truly regret choosing Spinney. It was a complete waste of time, energy and trust. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to stay away unless you want disappointment and headaches. Extremely bad and unacceptable experience.

I purchased an Alto LXI 800 from Spinny on 21 August 2025 for ₹3,36,447. At the time of purchase, Spinny clearly assured that the car condition was excellent (interior, exterior, engine, suspension) and even mentioned an assured buyback value of around ₹2,68,000.
Now the shocking part…
On 5 March 2026, when I booked a Hyundai Verna and tried to exchange the same Alto with Spinny, they offered only ₹1,78,000! 😡! Only 910 Km is driven and completed 5 months.
This is completely against the assurance given during the purchase.
To check the real market value, I scheduled an inspection with CARS24, and they offered ₹2,65,079 — almost ₹87,000 higher than Spinny’s quote!
So the question is:
Why does Spinny promise high buyback values while selling but give extremely low prices when customers want to sell?
This clearly feels like misleading customers. When buying, they give many assurances. But when it comes to honoring those promises, there is no support and no accountability.
🚨 My advice to everyone:
• Don’t blindly trust Spinny’s promises.
• Check multiple platforms before selling/buying car.
• Be careful before spending your hard-earned money.
Spinny sells 2nd and 3rd owner cars at higher prices, but when customers want to sell back, the value drops drastically.
📌 I am sharing all screenshots and communication for proof so people understand the reality.

Initially, the price offered was on the lower side. However, after about 20 days—when I declined the first offer—they came back with an improved quote. Since I was not getting serious local buyers and did not want to spend more time trying to sell it on my own, I decided to proceed with their revised offer.
During the evaluation process, the representative handling my case was professional, communicative, and persuasive during price negotiations. I appreciate the way the discussions were handled up to that stage.
However, after I confirmed the quoted price, I realized that my car’s fuel tank was completely full. I requested 3–4 days time so I could use the car and at least utilize the petrol. At this point, the evaluator’s response felt rude and unprofessional. I was told that they had already given a good offer and could not wait further. I was also informed that even a one-day delay would result in a reduced price.
That interaction was disappointing, especially considering the otherwise smooth experience. One important suggestion for future sellers: Before handing over your car, make sure the fuel level is minimal. They do not compensate for the petrol left in the tank.
Overall, while the pricing negotiation eventually worked out, the final interaction could have been handled in a more customer-friendly manner.
