no support rip-off

bought air hog sky master stunt plane for grandson @ discount store new in box. removed from box installed batteries plane wouldn't charge called for support was told discontinued was given a 15% off coupon now I'm out $55.00 and they want me to buy something else from them wouldn't buy anything they sell there rip=off experts !!!!

She is going to love it.

Was just given the Opportunity to gift the nickelodeon papatrol marshall's elephant vehicle a try and review, so here it goes. It's a great little toy and I know the little one is gonna love it. The little trunk moves in and out by the touch of a button aka The lights on top there's also a little louder that comes out. Marshall could be a little bit bigger, but is absolutely great. So can't wait for christmas mornin.

We received a set as a present

We received a set as a present, one of the parts was not as described in the manual. As it was a vital part we were not able even to start assembling the set. After back and forth with the company, they ended with "since [the set] was manufactured a while ago, the item is not eligible for a replacement". Not very helpful at at. LEGO they are not.
After I share my one star review with them, they send me a replacement set. So updating the review to 3 stars to reflect this. It shouldn't be that difficult. But thank you for righting the wrong eventually

Megalodon RC replacement

After 11 months, my sons RC Monster truck starting behaving erratically and not responding to the remote control.

Contacted Spin Master, provided details and they sent out a replacement vehicle within 10 days. Perfect service. Thanks.

A broken part is send to me

I recently bought a Gabby dollhouse. A part broke. This part is not for sale separately. I have sent an email and asked them if they can help me with this and they did. They will send me the broken part. The email exchange went quickly and smoothly.

I bought a puzzle from this company…

I bought a puzzle from this company with a piece missing from it. I sent them an email asking if there was a way to obtain a new piece because I know some company’s can do that. They sent me back two different links instead saying that those could help me. One of the links didn’t exist and the other literally sent me back to their email address. So I figured maybe they made a mistake, so I emailed them back explaining the situation (I also included a screenshot of the invalid website) and I forwarded/attached the previous emails for context. They emailed me back once again but this time saying I was blocked and to not contact them again.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. My son got a Meccano set as a gift for Christmas which was faulty as one small metal plate was missing. The response was it was old stock and they wouldn't provide the part -not that they couldn't, but they wouldn't. However it is faulty and an 8 year old has little interest other than in the toy. The small mindedness of the response misses the point this child might want a toy that actually worked, rather than left with the impression this is a poor uncaring company.

Superb service

Superb service. We got a Rubik's race for Christmas and it's been a huge hit, the whole family love it. Sadly one of the tiles got lost, I contacted Spinmaster to ask where I can buy replacements, I got an email back within an hour telling me they are sending one out and to expect to receive it in 10 days. Truly amazed and impressed. Thank you

This is the most pathetic company I…

This is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with so far. I purchased close to $300.00 worth of plush from them and had a defective couple of pieces. I sent the pictures to their rep to prove the damages. She told me over two months ago in October that I should be getting a refund of $26.46 for the damaged items I had received. She has even sent me a credit memo. Two months later, I still haven't received this credit in to account. What a bunch of losers to conduct any business with. It seems like this sort of behaviour is their common practice. Shame on them to rob small businesses like this.

Poor description of content/pieces

The puzzle box says easy to pick up & hold large & extra thick pieces.

They were not easy to pick up, actualy tabs got foldded when trying to pick up the pieces, they are not thick at all, bad representation of it's content

Very impressed with customer service

My husband recently bought my son a Tech Deck skateboard. As my son was opening the package, pieces went flying. We searched and searched and found several of the missing pieces, but not all.
I contacted customer service and they more than made it right for my son. My husband and I were very impressed. And my son and his friends are loving playing with these skateboards.

NO SERVICE FROM SPINMASTER-AVOID

I was given a Meccano set and it had a part missing.I contacted the email address of Spinmaster to be advised that you had to fill in an online form which I did.There was a promise of 2-4 day reply but none came so I tried again.
Still nothing after 4 weeks.

Aerobie fans have been betrayed for the almighty dollar

Spin Master has betrayed the loyal Aerobie fan-base. The original product, by its inventor, was absolutely brilliant, a wonder of technological excellence. Now that it's changed hands and manufacturing has moved to China, all that seems to be past. The new product is a complete fakery, just another piece of Chinese garbage.

I'm going to hold on to the original made in USA items that I still have, and treasure them, because I won't be buying any more of these cheap, overpriced fakes. They should be selling for $1 like the other Chinese imitations.

My only hope is that enough people realise they've been cheated and that production resumes in the US. They're really only suitable (sort of) as a dog's catch toy, not the record-breaking piece of excellent engineering they're famous for.

And they should take down their claim about the Guiness Book of Records, because the Chinese product cannot do what it previously could. Their website description is completely dishonest and deceptive, it describes the original product, not what they're selling now.

Contacted for a missing part on something I bought second hand for my daughter for Christmas was willing to pay for the part. I purchased it on ebay so had receipt of purchase. But how brilliant are spin master they couldn't find the part. So they sending my daughter a free toy worth £25

Lost remote

Contacted spin master as I had lost the remote for my son's megladon RC car, looking for a place to order replacement, after forgetting to follow up original inquiry due to hectic life spin master sent me several follow up emails as a reminder of more info needed,after supplying such info they then got in touch the following day saying they'd send out a new remote free of charge
Faith restored in q retail company after a recent run of dealing with horrendous company's...most notably sky

Excellent customer service!

I contacted them about a broken Paw Patrol Ryder figure which came as a set with a vehicle. I wanted to see if I could purchase a replace Ryder as it seemed a waste of plastic to replace the whole thing. They don’t do spare parts but to my astonishment they offered me a complete new set. Then on checking stock they didn’t have one so they sent me the next best match which is a much more expensive set that includes a Ryder toy. I’m really impressed with their customer service, it’s really made my son’s day.

My only reason for marking down one star is because I’d like them to think about the sustainability of their toys. I believe the fault on my son’s toy is common so given how much plastic there is in the world, perhaps they could look at ways to provide replacement parts, or better still build toys that last. This may seem like a petty comment given their generosity and perhaps I shouldn’t buy plastic toys at all but it would be nice to know that when I do it’s not a throw away item.

Dreadful Company !!

Left the following review on the SpinMaster website to review a truck we own and they refused to publish it??

Very Disappointed

This truck was bought as a Christmas present for my little boy by his nan. He's used it approx 12 times in the last 12 month and then the wheel decided to fall off! As I was unable to locate a receipt I contacted customer services to see if I could get hold of the part required to fix it which I was happy to pay for as my boy loves this truck, but due to Covid and the warehouses being shut it was not possible. I then recontacted customer service to see if I can get the part but was now told no parts are available for this product?,- So basically I'm going to have to throw a perfectly good truck in the bin! It's disgraceful that a company can sell RC cars and not provide parts for them if things go wrong!

We bought a Bingo Machine and they had one small bag of markers for the Bingo cards. I wrote them and asked if we could buy another bag, I was not looking for a freebie although they should have supplied more. Said they could not help me. Very disappointing.

Return to store, don't trust Spin Master

My son had a Paw Patrol toy go faulty on the day he opened it, massive disappointment and tears all day. Inside there was a brightly coloured note saying not to return to the store but to ring Spin master directly. Big mistake. What an absolutely awful company they are. We are now 2 months in and I have had every conceivable excuse in the book thrown at me. They did ship a replacement item to us, but it was the totally wrong item worth about 10% of what we had originally purchased. Since then it's been a total nightmare. Excuses are so far Brexit, covid, items are out of stock, essential supplies have to take priority blaaaa blaaa blaaa. Getting them on the phone is very difficult it can take 10 or more attempts to actually get someone who can hear you or doesn't immediately hang up the phone. Email is even worse, it can take a week to get a reply. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I have no confidence they are actually ever going to put this right.
