Spineys Reviews 

Placed seven orders from Spineys over the course of a year through Amazon.co.uk. These orderes totaled well over $2,000. None of the orders ever arrived. This was either because Spineys cancelled them because all of the dozens of copies I'd ordered had suddenly gone out of stock or because the orders never arrived. Then when I left honest, non-confrontational feedback about their service on Amazon.co.uk, they emailed me and asked me never to order from them again.

I ordered an item off Amazon for delivery to the UK that unfortunately got lost in the system. They couldn't have done more to help and constantly checked to see if the item had arrived. When it was clear a replacement would need to be sent not even Sandy could stop them getting the item to me!

I ordered an item which was to come from the USA and therefore would take up to 21 days to arrive as it would need to clear customs. The order was placed on 30th November and I received an e-mail on 19th December asking if it had arrived so that they could check what the problem was if it had not. It arrived on 23rd December which I think was pretty good considering the time of year.
