I have a spinciti bike now for 3 years. It's not a good one. The engine is nice, but a lot of parts broke. Now I try to buy a spare part and they don't respond at mails or it takes a long time.

I would like to know if you intend to refund my money someday. If you don't, have the dignity to say so. This situation created by you is regrettable and ridiculous.

Utter bar stewards. Same as the other review. Scammers! No bike. No refund. No responses. Look over your shoulder scum bags. One day...

Edited1: update. Still waiting for refund. They claim container is being held as the 500w batteries are not legal in the EU. Refund is offered but prefer to give 250w bike instead. Though this again will take months. Requested full refund. Still waiting weeks now.

Also reviewed where their address leads to - trade number not on website. They are not in California but in Mexico. Not the US. Their address belongs to high tech gym company and so do the phone numbers. Looks more and more like a scam. Trade number requested and they won't provide it.

Untrustworthy do not buy from them!!! They are no longer answering their Indiegogo community. They have 100's of bikes outstanding. Money is taken and they are not giving refunds. My bike supposedly is in a container in the Netherlands. Import was paid and it's been months now. Many buyers and backers are out of pocket and so am I. My bike was purchased from their website and after months of waiting I had to wait for it to be in the Container traveling. I wonder if they lied about it. I have been waiting 6 months +. I contacted them and asking what is happening. They won't even reply their what's app msgs - to any one buyer or backer. Scammers!

Edit 2: still no refund - February 2021. Contact made and I am being ignored as so many others are.

Edit 3: still waiting for refund. Keeps asking for details. Keeps not answering - keeps delaying.

Edit 4 : it took nearly 12 months to receive the money back.
