The app draws you in by giving you a welcoming bonus in which you can begin to play the slot machines online, and of course you win a decent amount pretty quickly. When you go to cash out you are required to make a deposit in order to receive your winnings. However, once you make the deposit the deposit goes into one account and you're alleged winnings goes into another account that you can't touch or use until after spending like $1,200 or something like that. Luckily, once I deposited my $9.99 I was able to win close to what I thought I had already one originally. I was not allowed to withdraw all the money at one time for whatever reason, and I kind of gave it a rest for a day or two and went back on and had another decent win but not quite as much. Again, I had to withdrawal the money in two different transactions but got most of it. Since then, basically two wins within a week, I have deposited around $100 give or take, and have literally spun 20 plus times in a row and not one one cent. And basically I am blackballed and / or having to pay back my winnings before they'll even let me win 10 or 20 cents on a roll. I'm not even kidding not just a little bit. It is disheartening and sad because I enjoyed playing on this site. I even reached out the customer service and encourage them to look at my play history and I have not received anything back on that subject. I'm may continue to use my daily check-in bonus to play here and there but as far as deposits I've paid back a good portion of what they gave me already, and I understand not everyone can win every time that they've got to make money too but after my second claim it was not even that big, they have literally eaten $100 of mine not letting me win a dime since then. I went on my phone and cleared out my caches, and did the same on Google Chrome thinking maybe that would help, and of course I reached out to customer support but no response on that. So, yes they do pay out cash but not the cash you think you want initially and if you get a good win or a decent win or two that's probably about all before they just start taking and not getting back.
