Avoid at all costs.
Took 8 weeks for product to arrive, bras have no support whatsoever do ever.
Tried to return product to be told I can't because I recieved correct item .

Rubbish business and service.

This company don't even deserve 1 star. Save your money, it's a scam. Ordered at 26th August 2023 - still
waiting for my order today on 31st October. Keep being assured my order will arrive but I have given up hope. Disgusting company!

It's a scam. Order placed two months ago, regular email updates of the postage status for 4
first 6 weeks then nothing. The tracking link doesn't work in the email link and there has been no response by email.

Report the fraud to your bank or Paypal and claim your money back.

Update: 2 minutes filling in an online form and PayPal have issued a refund.

Ive been waiting for my order to arrive for nearly two months. I’ve tried tracking but doesn’t work properly, it’s been all around the world and I still haven’t received it.

I ordered 2 bras as advertised on Facebook on 30th August and they took £22.02 from my account. Despite numerous emails (and quick replies I must admit) I cannot get my money back. As I am 80 years old, I cannot really afford to lose this money. I paid via my bank debit card but don't know how to proceed now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ordered 2 bras 29th August. Still not received them. Was told they had arrived in UK 22nd September but still not received them. Tried contacting but just get the same message in transit.
This is definitely a scam.

I ordered and paid for goods back in August and to date nothing has arrived. I have contacted them numerous time and the reply is always the same. They will contact the uk courier and see where my order is. I have request a refund 5 times and they just ignore it. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I paid for the goods. Crap company please don't waste your time or money I think it is just a scam.

Wish I had read other reviews before I ordered from them. Ordered on 31st August (over 9 weeks ago), and same as everyone else, keep being told by a chatbot that I should be patient and it is on its way. Also, price quoted was £18.35, with apparently free postage, yet they charged my PayPal account £22.02. Have never known anything take 9 weeks to get from USA to UK, unless someone is swimming it here.
The chatbot does not speak good English so don't believe this is a company in USA.
Thankfully paid by PayPal so asking for a refund.

I placed an order beginning of September first they took more money off me I emailed and they refunded the over charge I’ve been tracking my order it says it’s in Lincoln uk been there since 2nd October I’ve emailed so many times and they say be patient they will chase it up I have been patient I paid on my credit card and I’m gonna ring my bank tomorrow and get a refund 😡

I sent for two bras the number of which was changed to three but decided to leave it at that, then when I'd paid for it I realised it was coming from USA. It took weeks going from state to state, then eventually it got to UK through 24hourshipping company, butweeks went by and so I looked Sphericalm up and others were saying how they'd been scammed, then someone tried to get in to my account and defraud me of money so wondering if it was the same company. They had my
money though for the bras. So scammed!!! Don't order from Sphericalm!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed an order over 7 weeks ago. The tracking showed that my parcel was received in the UK on 30/09/2023 and then nothing!

I tried using their automated custermer service and didn't get anywhere so I then emailed the company direct. After receiving several non specific email replies just telling me to be patient, I have now resorted to contacting Paypal who are dealing with the dispute and have given me an instant refund.

ZERO stars. No order received, No refund given when requested. Unable to contact customer services directly just automated email responses. AVOID USING THEM

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, have heard and received nothing, don't use this company, I am reporting this as a fraud.

This company"so called" is a 100% scam.
They are clever with it as well.they answer emails, give you tracking numbers, say its on its way, please be patent, and more.

I bought one black and one white crossover bra “the most comfortable bra you have ever worn”. I didn’t realise it shipped from United States until I got a tracking report. It took 6 weeks to arrive. I tried the black one on and realised it was nothing like the video I had seen of it. It offered no support at all and the crossover just formed part of the under breast band.
I emailed them to try to return it. They replied saying I should use the link to a customer support site. It was an automated site. I was told to remember 2 things. First, it would cost me a lot in postage to return it. Secondly, it would take a long time for them to refund me. Both times they suggested I kept the bras.
I would suggest that perhaps all the other items they sell will look great in videos they film or in glamorous photos of the clothing or item they want to sell you but I would never touch them again with a barge pole.

delivery not received after more than 8 weeks and no helpful customer service

6 weeks later and no sign of the order being delivered. Really do not recommend this company. Hope quality is better than delivery and service if it ever arrives.

Don’t order from sphericalm. I ordered on 26/8 item received by uk couriers 28/9 and then nothing more happened. All you get from so called customer service support auto response is we will chase the couriers. I am attempting to
seek a refund

Do Not Buy From This Company. I ordered 1 bra , it took 5 weeks to come and when it did come it was awful quality and it didn't fit, when I wanted to return it, even at my own cost, they kept asking me to keep it, offering couple of pounds off, I said 5 times, no I want to return. This is still continuing, they will not give me a return address, I think they are hoping I give up but I won't as its the principal now, if I want to return, I have a right to do so!
