Very dubious company- be careful ❗️

I received this flyer from my employer and assumed it was a worthy shop to purchase some Christmas gifts from. I initially ordered three “dosen” with a discount code I got including shipping costs for 36,16 euros. Since I bought it on Kauf per Rechnung, and they sent me a letter that I am not eligible for this option after the purchase. I had to pay per bank transfer. I went to pick up the box at the post office only to be told I need to pay an additional cost of 20,90 euros. I didn’t get any explanation for this and so the package had to be returned . I tried calling their customer service line it was busy and my email has not been replied till date. This company owes me now and I have not received any information till now.
