Appointment was on time, Dr was very informative about my condition. He let me know all about my operation, how he was going to perform the operation, what could go wrong and how it would be rectified. This totally put me at ease and I was happy to say yes I wanted the operation. He filled in the forms and now I’ve just got to wait for a date. The nurse informed me that I will receive a phone call to go in and have my pre-meds done and then the operation would be carried out within the next three months 🤞🏻
So I’m very happy to recommend the Spencer Hospital.

I had six acupuncture treatments with Rozah in her acupuncture clinic at the Spencer Wing in an attempt to help with my balance problems. It was always conducted very professionally in a very relaxing room. Rozah always explained what the acupuncture involved and how it works. It was a very calming experience as well as relaxing. Rozah was also happy to answer any questions and queries I had. I have spinal stenosis which causes my imbalance problems but I do feel that the acupuncture has helped to some extent. My likelihood to fall is certainly a little less than it was especially when I close my eyes when standing up. In all a positive experience with a very knowledgeable practitioner. Thoroughly recommended.

Friendly staff, helpful but firm when needed, for example getting me moving. Only down for me was poor reception on tv when I needed a bit of mindless entertainment. Facilities were good, own bathroom great.

Writing this on behalf of my mother (86 years young)
The experience from hospital admission through to the after care has been very satisfactory. Most of the professionals she encountered were very lovely and couldn’t do enough to ensure her well being . She’s had a great result from her new hip .
