Overall, a great store
The prices are very competitive and the selection is great. Shipping was very fast too. That said, I would buy more often if shipping was cheaper. I think that free shipping for orders above 50€ wouldn’t be too crazy.

Unfortunately Bpost is so expensive and charges several surcharges since a few years it isn't possible to combine our current prices with free shipping starting from € 50. We just won't survive with our margins.
We added Mondial Relay as shipping option because they are a lot cheaper and at the moment we give free shipping starting from € 50 with them. So it is possible to have your games shipped for free above € 50, but keep in mind this is a slower delivery method. If you want to have them delivered much faster with Bpost I'm afraid we have to charge the additional cost. Because Bpost already announced to increase the prices with about 10% next year I also don't think the situation will improve.

Overall good experience and nice contact. But delivery took about 3 weeks. One ordered article suddenly wasn't in stock anymore and it took 2 weeks until the item got restocked and the order was finally shipped plus another week of international shipping from Belgium to Germany.

Thanks for your order and your feedback. My appologies for the time it took before we were able to ship your package. We do our best to limit stock errors to the minimum, but with over 10.000 products that we offer mistakes will sometimes occur. Because many mistakes take place due to human errors (when booking stock, when processing returns,...) we try to find ways to avoid these as much as possible. Because we also have a physical store it also happens customers misplace products so we can't find them immediately and this can also cause problems shipping items out immediately. I can certainly understand the additional waiting time can be frustrating so if we notice such an error we also try to reorder asap, but in your case I totally admit we weren't able to do it as good as it should have gone.
For the aditional week. I see you used PostNL as shipping method. We are noticing they are getting slower to Germany as we receive more and more complaints from German customers. We usually ship with DPD, but because we received several requests from customers to use another company as they aren't happy with the service of DPD we added PostNL as an alternative. We are getting more and more orders from Germany and we are hoping we can keep on serving the German customers so we'll keep on looking for good shipping partners to offer a betting shipping experience.
