Spellezo Reviews

Product does took longer to arrive then advertised as a DHL worldwide in 3 to 5 days. More realistically in my case Spellezo sent via Istanbul to the US in a small Fed Ex - oily and dirty plastic fed ex bag with product rapped in a ball inside nasty plastic bag - looked like something tom hanks found in a shipping container in the movie - " Castaway".! But Tom Hanks would have been happy with product quality - seems at first glance to be soft leather of the highest quality should be priced at $5000.00 , not 750.00. ? But I would recommend they pack it nicer with a wooden hanger like high end products deserve such as an Orvis or Coronado do. Is a disconnect such great quality with such odd packaging through istanbul. Needed gloves to get product out from oily nasty plastic ? Great jacket though seemingly super quality, amazingly, despite weird packaging !!!!

I ordered what looked to be a nice bomber jacket, but I never received the item. I tried calling and emailing the company for days, and I never once got to speak to anyone, but I did receive the same "canned" email multiple times. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund via my credit card company because they never bothered to help figure out why I didn't get my order.

Dishonest owner, Dishonest company. Before you pay they are all over you and after they took your payment they don't answer, don't keep their promise to pay for duty tax, delivery and make the customer pay!
Don't buy from this company as they don't value the customer just want to take your money fast!

I had a complaint about Customer Service MIA. However, after posting on TRUSTPILOT, customer service reached out to me. Return was easy and hassle free. Received the smaller version of the jacket promptly.
Love my jacket now. Looks great, stylish and while traveling in Switzerland - EXTREMELY warm. Exactly what I need. Great product!

The customer service is extremely bad and they don't respond to message, they don't answer phones. Simple, don't buy there product, you wont be able to return if you have an issue with the size.

Spellezo Review:

The Sandro and Remo Sheepskin Hooded Jackets that I purchased from Spellezo are of superior quality, stylish and detailed with precision.

Spellezo is at the top when it comes to providing quality products that exceed other "High End" competitors by offering fair and reasonable pricing, along with excellent customer service representatives that are professional, courteous and care about having continuing relationships with their clients.

I strongly recommend Spellezo and can personally attest to their quality products and excellent customer service.

Spellezo is second to none!

I need to return the jackets I ordered because they are too big but, as others have mentioned, you can't reach their so called customer service in any way. The website is totally misleading in that respect. Don't purchase, if you can't file a dispute later.

Customer service is a joke. I purchased a jacket for my wife and I need to return it; however no one answers the phone. Emails are not returned. Hassle free refunds and exchanges are not a thing. The link to print the exchange form does not work.

This jacket is the perfect blend of elegance and functionality. It's stylish enough for night out durable enough for everyday wear. Couldn't be more pleased!

I love supporting businesses that promote culture and heritage. Polynesian Pride is more than just a store_it's movement!

I've purchased leather jackets from high-end brands, but nothing compares to my Spellezo Jacket. The quality is superior, and the leather feels amazing. Absolutely worth it!

Rarely do I find a leather jacket that fits well. Spellezo got got it right! The jacket feels like it was custom-made, and the leather is simply perfect.
