Speel Reviews

I've been testing multiple AI platforms and speel is by far one of the best for the value. It's simple and efficient. The app isn't without occasional visual bugs but as far as functionality goes, it's the best platform I've found for creating an ad with 5-15+ cuts all made in 1 app (which is almost not possible on many platforms).

I've been working with Alfie over the past week and honestly, the level of support has been incredible. I came in with a ton of questions and needed quite a bit of "hand-holding" through several processes, and he never once made me feel like I was being a burden. Super cool guy. Walked me through everything step-by-step, answered follow-up questions (had a lot), just really great. I've dealt with many customer service reps, but Alfie really is the best. He followed up consistently, remembered details from our previous conversations, everything. Highly recommend him!

Alfie from Speel is very supportive. On 2 Occasions he gave me an extra 150 credits. Speel is so easy to use and the Avatars are very human like

The overall quality of the UGI is really great. I was very surprised to see how realistic the actors appear in the finished videos and the text to lip syncing is really great. The one thing I would improve is being able to preview the completed video and make any necessary changes before pressing generate video as this will cost you credits.

So far the best platform in terms of UGC creation. Quality and realism very high. Still quite new so sometimes there are some errors but the customer service is very present and solve all issue very fast

Being to the whole AI UGC Creation, I thought it would be way over my head, but it's not. I'm watching the YT videos and well as chatting with Alfie in the message section on the website when I get stuck. It is really exciting seeing everything I create in the future. My advice is take your time with it to avoid wasting credits, get your prompts as accurate as possible. Alfie also gives you Chat GPT templates for product variation, scripts, etc... It's amazing all the things you can you can do. Just remember anytime you get stuck or have a question ask Alfie, he'll walk you through step by step. Speel in my opinion creates more realistic UGCs and the process is a learning curve but once you get it, there's no going back!

Very great realistic UGCS I love the easy mode, I can't really tell the difference between it and a real video

I can truly say that I am happy with how Speel.app is generating the videos I tell it to, following the guides and instructions provided closely and making sure the quality is good as well. Thank you for your service!

Very nice discovery to improve the videos of our marketing community manager. We have used it for several products and the AI agents look super real.

Really high qulaity video output and a simple UI to help create content, I'm really impressed! I'd highly recommend this tool to people wanting to build realistic UGC content for their business

everything is great

Speel is not at all as it’s described. I purchased the annual subscription thinking it was top-tier, but you’re just stating inaccurate things. The custom mode is ridiculous: unnatural movements and often laughable lip-syncing. The easy mode is much better in terms of realism and synchronization because it uses Google Veo 3.1, but it has too many promotional limitations—it's even impossible to properly use CapCut without noticing discrepancies between videos. The quality, even when following all the support team’s instructions, degrades and changes after every clip, especially when there are more than two clips. Don’t tell me this is better than ARCADS… it’s light-years away!!!
Not to mention the structural 8-second limit per video. Try providing a very short script and you’ll see it start inventing words. When these issues are reported to support, the only response they give is to use the CUSTOM mode, which is absolutely worse than many competitors!!!!

Very very expensive tool. Every small scene you create costs 100 credits. Not mentioning the images you have to create before you can create that scene. 1 scene can cost between 130-150 on average. A single ugc video has 5-6 scenes, meaning 700-800 credits per video. A subscription of 100$ gets you 1200 credits. You do the math. Very good tool, just very expensive. You also pay for if you don't like the scene or video too, which means you'll lose even more credits to make it exactly the way you want it. These app owners don't think about the customer satisfaction, but only how they can squeeze every dollar out of you. Disgusting. Unless you're willing to pay around 50$ per video, not including the costs for training and hiring someone to do this for you. Don't buy. If you're willing to spend a couple thousand on this AI tool. Go for it.

Very realistic results, 100% recommended.

I've tried other tools but speel.co seems to be the one that generates the most realistic UGC videos. Speel.co has customisation options that I was looking for which others don't really have (no great control over the output). Their support is great and answered my questions in 5 minutes. I experienced a bug but they resolved it quickly!

It's a really good AI UGC generator, and the customer support is on point too!

This is by far the best one I have tested! The AI videos are great!

I felt relieved when I reached out about the subscription mistake I made. I accidentally subscribed for a year instead of a month, but when I complained, the balance was refunded.. To be honest, I’m really enjoying the service so far and the quality is top notch

Awesome, It is much better than Arcads and the videos look super realistic and the price is affordable
I recommend you to try it!
