My first order I paid the priority 3-5…

My first order I paid the priority 3-5 day Shipping. It took 5 weeks and 7 emails to finally get it. I enjoy the product I thought it was a fluke well I ordered again for 3-5 day priority shipping and it's been a month now with NO word. Didn't even refund the shipping charge. I will not be using this company again and will aslo tell my other pet parents. I have been trying for 3 days to get a refund on my card but to no avail. Very very disappointed.

These ppl will rip you off.

July 18 placed an order July 20 received email item had shipped July 25 checked tracking number, no movement. Contacted DHL they said only the label had been generated, no package. Speedypuppy.com said item shipped. Finally here July 31st had to dispute charge with my card company.
