Unhelpful customer service
Very unhelpful service when trying to return a damaged item, keep repeating information I have told them I have already done or signposting me to a bot. Avoid this company as they are not at all helpful with their customer service. I'm not stuck with a damaged item.

I ordered two very different cds, which arrived together, quickly and in good condition. I'd had the Sam Larner on vinyl and it's nice to have it on cd (licensed to Hallmark, though I'm sure my LP was on Topic). The Micheal O'Suilleabhain cd is a collection, some familiar, some not, and anything by O'Suilleabhain's worth hearing.

The only thing that kept me from giving…
The only thing that kept me from giving 5* are these cardboard envelopes that are used as packaging. One corner of the envelope was torn/damaged giving the paperback book a very slight ding on the cover, not enough I considered to return but enough to be noted.
