It's because I pay with a debit card

It's because I pay with a debit card. But when I need to reavance, I have to get it through my checking account. I don't understand unless i'm doing something wrong, but it's such an inconvenience that I have to wait a day or if I do it on the weekend two days it's ridiculous

Exemplary customer service

They are unwilling to work with you

They are unwilling to work with you. I was recently in the hospital and asked to move my payment and they declined it, even though I have never been late or missed a payment. Use Cashtime. They're willing to work with you.
