Nice sweeps casino with a pretty diverse amount of games. They carry alot of the major providers and have pretty good promos frequently especially there sign up bonuses.

As far as there support goes i have to say they were extremely fast from my experience but that may vary depending on the time and if its a weekend or not but thats typical since most places have there business hours. But during business hours they were super fast as far as communicating right away and even reaching out to resolve any issues or further verification that may be needed.

They seem pretty cool as far as that goes since they reached out to me to resolve any sort of discrepancies or needing more information. I didnt have to go to them and they were quick in between each email which is a good sign in my book. To me customer service and support can tell you alot about a company.

Ive had other places where stuff would just be pending and I wouldn't even be sure what was wrong and it was like pulling teeth just to get a straight answer but if you are who you say you are and you're legit then so are they. All in all id give em a 5 out of 5. They are what they are promoting just make sure you are too! If your an honest gamer with 1 account you wont have any problems here!

Absolute garbage. I had hit the bonus spins in Diamond Blitz, yet it's still forcing me to spend money to spin. It's frozen on the bonus spins, when I contacted customer support, they offered me a damn dollar. But then checking my account, they said I didn't qualify for compensation. So now it's just sitting there, with nothing resolved. And the support is all AI. bullsh*t.

Do not play here. Scam casino that advertises instant payout but then ghosts you if you try to redeem. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for them to pay me the $2000 I won and am not getting any help from support.

They initially asked for documents of the payment method for identity verification which I completed instantly. Since then - radio silence. I’m on day 15 of waiting for my money and haven’t received a response to any of my follow up emails. I even joined the telegram group to ask for help and the moderator just deleted my message.

Only allow to redeem if you play slots.. If you play live games, you have to play their slot games in order to redeem. I got $500 and had to play slots in order to redeem and all the buys I got paid less than 15x than normal. I got 50 buys and none paid it correctly like normal. Couldn't even redeem 100 since slots were so bad. If you would like to redeem, I would recommend another casino sadly. It's not worth it.

Going to redem via crypto and being asked for extra verification like a picture of a debt card when I only have ever used crypto to make purchases is beyond crazy. Will update review depending on what next steps they ask of me!

Great customer service and very timely. I spend a lot of time on online casinos. A lot of shady ones will take 2-3 weeks when verifying identity and ask for a second deposit in between when you do your first redemption. The same verification process took 10 min with email correspondence from their team. Not only that, I had put a typo on my birthday when signing up, hit 4th instead of 5th. Most sites would’ve said that’s a breach of their terms and conditions and refused payout. They changed it for me no problem, didn’t even attempt to make me feel like my mistake would jeopardize my withdrawal. Class acts! Huge variety of legit slot games/providers.
