Unresponsive customer support

Very bad, slow and unknowledgeable customer support. Last year I had entered incorrect info few times to login to my online speedypay account. My online speedypay account automatically got locked. The error message told me to contact customer service to unlock my speedypay account. I contacted them by phone, but their phone number does not work. I emailed speedypay customer support many times since 1 year, asking them to unlock my speedypay account, but I never got a response from speedypay reps. They are simply ignoring all my messages for 1 year. Don't waste your time and energy trying to get a loan from speedypay. This company is no good for people

Truly a worthless organization

Truly a worthless organization. I use to use them to pay my utilities bills but no more. Going directly to the vendor for payment. Speedpay is one of the most worthless companies. Speaking to their representatives is like speaking to the rain man.

I used them to pay a utility bill

I used them to pay a utility bill. The charged my account twice for the payment. I reached out to them and they were no help at all. They told me to call my utility company. I said, but my utility company didn't charge me twice speedways system did. She then asked for my name and bank account number, which I gave. Then after me holding told me that she couldn't speak with me and that I had to call the utility company. She had no reason for why she asked for my information.

Worst customer support system in a while.....

I just wanted to get receipts for my business electricity bills for the year. Speedpay's website sends you to an ACI worldwide blah blah blah support site. Their support section is an absolute joke. For non emergency help, their is a 'request a login' but it lead to nowhere because it wouldn't accept my info. I called the priority issue number just to talk to someone and the person was indecipherable due to accent and then what little I could understand sounded like they were trying to pass me off to speedpay but with no way to contact them. A complete jumbled mess. I JUST WANT RECEIPTS for God's sake.

Somehow deceptively connected to Health…

Somehow deceptively connected to Health costs. No transparency everything hidden and deceptive. Probable violation of HIPPA laws. Labcorp is the one I'm trying to make a payment to, not Speedpay. Labcorp saying I must give info to 3rd party providers, but will not say why or what they hand out or sell.
