Paid the Money to Find our 10 months later it wasn’t taken off my record.

I paid $500 to have a speeding ticket removed in WI. They said they would take care of everything and at the time it all seemed like they did. Case was dismissed, and no points would be assessed if I took the driving class online. I sent that into them and they confirmed everything was done. My insurance went up 20% last month due to this ticket being on my record. I called and left a voicemail, no response. I sent an email yesterday, no response. Remind you, when I was a paying customer they were very responsive. I plan to work with my credit card today to get the $500 back since this was a fraudulent business deal.

Got a ticket while I was traveling

Got a ticket while I was traveling. Definitely nervous since it was my first one. Everything was handled very well. They answered any questions I had and helped me feel better about my situation. The ticket was dismissed as long as I took a driving course. They sent me a link for the course and I was good to go. They definitely made a scary experience easier to handle.

Unethical - Stay away from STA

I contacted STA in June 2018 and I explained that I've got a ticket in 2017 and I have already paid for it and I wanted to get help to remove the point that the ticket caused in my driver's license cause my insurance went up.
After several requests to provide status on my case with no clear answer, I decide to make a review on Trustpilot which made STA called me immediately and blackmailed me. If I didn't remove the review, I will not get my case resolved. So I removed the the review, then they sent me a simple document saying that my driving record was amended and I need to do a traffic school on line. which I did but here was no court to sent the results to.
My driving record is the same and my insurance doubled.

I called a TRUE lawyer who told me that in first place it is not possible to open a ticket once you paid it, cause it is closed and forfeit. And it will cost as much as the raise of the insurance to re-open it and fight it in court. The lawyer also told me that I should report STA to the state BAR.

I had a talk with STA and they just told me that in the document that I sign it says that they cannot guarantee a positive outcome. They never told me that the point couldn't be removed from my record.

It is so unethical from STA to make me paid for something that cannot be fixed. Made me paid $650 just for troubles.

This is a shameful review. With countless times explaining the different possibilities with Mr. Munoz. Then to represent one thing on the phone & later create a story online that is completely different. Very dishonest to the people we have on staff that did the best they can considering the circumstances.

Excellent service to bear speeding tickets

AFter getting a very large speeding ticket I decided that I had to do something. I used the net and after reading about a number of sites, I got in touch with Speedticketbeaters.com. They responded quickly and answered my initial questions. I paid and a few minutes following this contact, a full package with detailed instructions was sent to me. As suggested I read and re-read the information. I had 2 questions at different times I emailed them and shortly afterwards I received a telephone call explaining the answers. At the trial before I could launch my case I was offered a great deal by the court. I felt fully prepared and would highly recommend WSpeedticketbeaters to anyone in need of help.

Super rude

At first they seemed professional. After I paid, they were super rude. I won’t work with them ever again. I don’t recommend the service.

They got only one ticket dismissed and ask for more money to do the other ticket. They only told me that once I have paid.

Hi Laura,

I am very happy that we were able to dismiss your ticket. I really wish you would have allowed us to handle both tickets because the second one would've been dismissed as well. This bothers me very much because it could have been avoided. I definitely share in your frustration. I went out of my way to make the costs clear before, during, and after we handled the first ticket. Although there is a charge for companion tickets, I offered you a reduced price to compensate for the misunderstanding. I even approved a price reduction a total of 3 times, just so we can secure your dismissal and show you what we can do. I also tried to offer you an American Express gift card as a peace offering but you did not take my calls. I am very sorry. I really did all that was in my power & hope you understand.

Best regards,

This was a first class service in which…

This was a first class service in which all my concerns were addressed. A caring, knowledgeable staff with information that was accurate and thorough. The ability to deal with my situation fully saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, potentially, and allowed me to keep my license . Their attorneys are top notch and they cut through all the red tape and paperwork to make for a completely painless experience.
Frank Abrams was a God-send!
I would recommend this agency to all!

THANK YOU FRANK ABRAMS!

I always deal with Frank and send him my tickets via email. They seem to have a solid group of attorneys in many different locations because I’ve used them for about 3 years regarding different tickets. Frank knows when to fight what and they pretty much do all the work. It would’ve been impossible for me to travel to the different courthouses. The pricing is always very fair. Anyway so far I’m 3 for 3 which basically saved my license and my job since I work in sales. Sorry didn’t get this in sooner. Thanks Frank!

SCAM! STAY AWAY!!

Don't waster your money, time and opportunities to find a real layer with them! Go to a real lawyer.
My experience is not very different from others, at first they were polite, patient and seemed professional, they offered me 3 options with three specific lawyers, but wouldn't let me know know name of contact info.

After I paid, they told me they will update me before court date. No update was given. Then I received a notice from court that a default judgment was entered against me. I called court and learned that no one is representing me at all. During all this time, they didn't reply my email or return my call.

So I asked why there's default judgment, and if there's no response I want refund. Then they replied, and said it's their strategy and they would ask extension. and get me a new court date at the same time. OK, I trusted them, however I was so worried that it's the same that no one is working on it, so I kept checking for updates, but it was the same again, no update, no emails replied and no calls returned.

Until the day before my fine's due date, I feel my only option was to pay the fine and get the points on my record, I tried one last time saying I want refund. Guess what, magically, my email got replied!! And they said it was my fault because I was checking for updates. No one want to work on my case. How about the specific lawyer you promised when I paid you $525 at first???? How about the updates you promised???? And you don't allow clients to check for updates while you don't reply emails and don't return calls at all????

I confirmed with court, no one ever represented my case at all.

If you haven't start with them, DON'T!!! Go find a real lawyer.

Hi Ye,

We issued you a full refund because you were not allowing our staff to work on your case. It was a full refund, despite the many hours of work. In turn you said you would delete this inaccurate review. Sadly, it is still here. You paid us to handle your case but continued to do your own work directly with the court. We are happy to fight the courts on your behalf, but not if you choose to go rogue and sabotage your own case. We are on the same team.

Best of luck,

Everything is a scam

Everything is a joke! From an easy case (the officer did not specify how he clocked me with 70M/Hr.) I lost $585 attorney fee (a good attorney; not so good attorney is cheaper) plus 4 points and $165 court fee! My attorney did not come first time (postponed it), second time (postponed it) and third time he lost the case if he showed up! Now I am in a process of finding (from the court) if he showed up in April 2017 (the case started in April 2016) when I lost my case. Every time I insisted to go his office said is no need because he will represent me!!! And that's how he represented me. Do not trust them. Go with them and do not pay extra for a better attorney.

Don't Waste Your Money - Take Cash / Do Nothing / Avoid Calls / Find Lawyers on the Internet

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. I paid $550 and was never contacted until I wrote a bad review on TrustPilot and was going to request a credit card reversal. Initially I dealt with Frank Abrams and after the bad review, Jon Peter's contacted me. Stated "perfect storm" occurred with the lawyer and if I give them another chance, I would be satisfied. I agreed - BIG MISTAKE.

Nothing ever got taken care of. I just received a collection fee from the court with delinquency fees since a lawyer didn't show to represent me.

The lawyer assigned to my case asked me how I want to fight the ticket. Isn't that their job having a 96% success rate? Additionally, he is not sure how Speeding Ticket Advisors (STA) found him. He thinks they got his name on the Internet.

MORE DETAILS:
My ticket is only $202, but I have a clean record. Frank proposed two lawyers:
$450 - for 80% success rate
$550 - for 96% success rate and more experienced

I was going to pay the ticket, but after discussions with Frank Abrams decided to fight it to keep a clean record.

February 17, 2016 - I paid the $550 and as mentioned above and never heard back.

Kept writing e-mails and making phone calls, but no response. I wrote a bad review on TrustPilot and was going to call the credit card company to request a reversal. I was finally contacted by Jon Peter's. He made excuses that the lawyer was out and is no longer doing speeding cases, .... He promised to assign a new lawyer and take care of the bad experience to date.

April 7, 2016 - I removed the bad review on TrustPilot with an assurance that everything will be handled. A new court date will be coming soon.

June 10, 2016 - Still no resolution and feedback, I contacted Jon and asked for status. He said that the case is almost completely closed.

September 7, 2016 - I get contacted by the lawyer's assistant telling me I need to appear in court on September 21. The court is in another state and 7 hours from my house. I told her that I thought this case was already closed in June. I provided her with the background and she stated that the lawyer would contact me. I talked with the lawyer and he stated that he'll represent my case. If he needs anything, he'll let me know. Otherwise, everything is good.

January 26, 2017 - I get contacted by a different assistant from the lawyer's office telling me that I have a court appearance on Monday, January 30. I told her that the lawyer represented me in September and I believed the case was closed. I provide the background. Eventually, I talk with the lawyer. He explains that the court is 2.5 hours from his area and he was late to court. He requested an extension. This time, he will have a friend in the county represent me. I say fine.

They ask me what my defense is. I said that STA stated they had a 96% success rate and I don't know how they do it. He said he is not sure what they promised. He doesn't know how STA found him, he believes they found him on the internet.

January 31, 2017 - Court date. I e-mail the lawyer and STA asking what happened in court. No response. I make a few calls and send e-mails, again no response.

Later, I receive a Collection Letter from the court. Now, they raised my fine since it is delinquent: the new fine is $305.25.

February 27, 2017 (over a year after initially contacting STA) - I e-mail the lawyer and STA that I received the collection letter. The lawyer tells me he thought I wanted to pay the ticket.
I don't know what my next step is, a very frustrating situation.

CONCLUSION
This is not resolved yet. If I can pay the original fine of $202, I'll do that. The $550 was wasted money. Probably too late to reverse the credit card charged, but I'll try.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY / DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STA

Abruptly stopped answering phone & email once paid

Mr jack miller was very friendly and helpful right up to the time I paid the 700 dollars he quoted to represent me on an out of state speeding ticket. Once the money hanged hands, all of my calls went to voice-mail, and all of my email went unanswered. I never spoke with or received contact information for an attorney. I feel fortunate that my bank was able to recover the money they tried to scam from me.

Fake

So my continuing Saga on this company I continue to try to get a hold of them regarding my case I called them several times left several messages and at a couple points last week some gentleman answered the phone but when I told him who I was they hang up I called back and all I got was voicemails these people are not in the business to help you because if they were I would have been helped they just take your money and absolutely do nothing I don't know how they are still in business being that a few days ago their phone was disconnected now it is working again I think a call to the state's attorney general is in order here since nobody wants to return my calls or talk to me it's time to turn up the heat

Tricksters-Scammers-Liars-Fraudsters

These guys deserve Negative Stars-Mr Jack Miller has been promising for $4500 to get my traffic ticket in Queens NY -reopened in about 4-5 days Then he would get me my suspended license back in 2 wks. This after DMV said about 4-6 wks to possibly (but highly unlikely) be reopened. This co said they wanted 50% upfront and they kept calling me and emailing me. I sent them a copy of my lic. and They would not give me name of atty that would handle the case, or let me put money in escrow in case they didnt perform, i asked 2X for the tel#'s of referrals and they never provided them. I asked for main address of their co and they didnt give it. I asked for a copy of contract signed by atty to state that if hey didnt perform i would get all my money back except $400 back but they wouldnt do it. I SO MUCH WANTED to believe in them but instead I consulted with 5 different 5STAR atty's from AVVO (i highly recommend them-they are great). I also recommend very highly JUST ANSWER (great great site). ALL, ALL, ALL of these real attys said my case was a lost case and to not give anyone (not even themselves) any money for this bc it was only a 5% chance to get it reopened and then IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN against these judges when i was this late. So bottom line- forget these DAMN LIARS CHEATERS. The govt will never do anything against them. ALSO--TRUSTPILOT is a fake evaluation review site. I looked them up and some reputable news agencies have found that TrustPilot pays people from India, Bangladesh, and other countries to post hundreds of phony positive reviews for many companies. Bottomline - any positive review from TrustPilot is fake.
