I bought one of their video frames to use at my father's memorial and it did not work. Contacted customer services who tried to gaslight me by saying it was something I was doing!!! When I told them I work in tech and know how to transfer images from a desktop to another device, they offered a video tutorial and refused to take the item back. Finally they said I should pay for the postage to return it for inspection. I wasn't spending anymore money on this scam of a company and will complain to any platform hosting them. AVOID!!!!!

THEY DON’T GIVE REFUNDS. Bear that in mind when you purchase from this company! Also the priority processing is a scam and just extra money they steal from you- I got it and my package still came in a week (just like the normal shipping and processing). I wasn’t satisfied with the product so I requested a refund… crickets… they do not respond to refund requests and start ignoring you. The landline doesn't work and they don’t respond to emails so say bye to your money they just keep it. AVOID.

I have created a refund request with them and they keep refusing to reply to my emails so I have no choice but to go through my bank and I will be contacting trading standards. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Awful Customer Service!
trying to contact Speedex has been a nightmare, do not order from there! The phone number does not work and says all agents are busy, but apparently they’re busy all day everyday. The auto message says to try the chat function but there isn’t one. Ironically their website says their ‘customer happiness is available from 09:00-17:00 GMT’ and their customer service is anything but happy. So disappointing.

I was trying to return a projector that I bought from them and they don’t reply to me! I was trying continuously for few days to call them and the same, a message that is saying they are busy and can’t respond at the moment!
I’m very disappointed in special because I was paying £75 for something that is not worth it.
Please, don’t buy from them!
You can found the same products cheaper on Amazon or other platforms.

So far so good
So far so good! Wanted to order a frame but discount code didn’t come to my email so I messaged on the chat (sat night @18:30) so didn’t expect a response until Monday. Within 4 mins Chloe kindly dealt with my query and I was able to order the frame then and there ! Can’t review item just get as not been received but I will say 10/10 for customer service. Thank you Chloe x

I'm really pleased with my experience of customer services with Chloe at Speedex. I had an issue with a product that fell slightly out of their refund policy. However, having explained everything in detail and offered full transparency, I got a lovely email back thanking me for this, and then they explained how they would help me. I appreciated this so much. Buying things over the internet can feel very impersonal and faceless. I really felt like I was treated like a human and to have my specific circumstances taken into consideration so respectfully was wonderful.
