They do not respond
I found speed cube did not respond to queries on orders . Their delivery was slow. They say they have a hassle free 30 day return refund policy. Well I’ve been waiting for a refund since Jan 3 and it’s now feb 14. They do not respond to emails or messages. I have tried every method of making contact but even though I have returned the goods they still haven’t responded or issued a refund.

I believe you have left this review for the wrong company.
We closed our warehouse at the end of 2023. We only provide tutorials and digital products.
You have most likely ordered from an overseas store that pretends to be an Australian store. Please kindly remove this review.

Speedcube.com.au are a really amazing shop. I've spent at least $500 over the last 3-4 years and service is always quick and they respond quick to any queries/issues (although you won't have any). I've also had the joy of going to their physical store back in its old location and that was great too. Competitive prices, amazing services I do recommend.

Often people get confused between our store and others. For example au.speedcubestore.com is not us (we are https://www.speedcube.com.au based in Australia) but a store hosted from China with no means to contact them post order, We publish our phone number taking many calls every day - sometimes from customers looking for shipping updates or parts for broken cubes purchased from other providers!! We endeavour to reply to all emails and have asked you to share details about the order through Trustpilot but weeks later now and you were unable or unwilling to do so. We have no knowledge of this issue so have to assume this is an illegitimate review.

They are very good. Quick shipping, good products and just a great shop.

Very helpful and quick refund process.
I bought a timer that was faulty and the speedcube.com.au team quickly organised a refund and I was able to buy a new one immediately. They were also very helpful with providing guidance on cubing in general. Thank you guys.
