I made the switch from another provider to SpeechWrite. This system is far more advanced and spot on with dictation and speech recognition. Been using it a week and has already made my life a lot easier and saved me time. The service and support has been excellent and very easy for myself and consultants to use. Very happy I switched :-)
They don't pay even after withdrawing your earnings. Customer care services are so poor that they don't pick up calls/reply to sms.

Attempting to catch up on work following a holiday I found myself in the office on a Saturday with our Speechwrite system refusing to upload any of my dictations. A quick email to our Account Manager Darren confirming the problem then followed a speedy email from Dean and the support team with the fix for an issue created by the latest update from Google!
I was hugely impressed that this was all going on, on a Saturday and outside office hours and I was able to fix the issue.

Speechwrite 360 has been a game changer for how our GP's can create dictations. Most of them use their mobile app, allowing them to dictate a letter wherever they are. Meaning our dictations are completed in a timely manner. Our GP's love this product. It's so simple to use and the Support Team are always helpful. Couldn't ask for more.
