Scam! Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service
I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes, expecting them to last given the brand’s reputation. However, after only a month of regular wear, holes appeared in the same spot on both shoes. When I contacted customer service within a month of a purchase, thinking they’d stand by their product, I was let down. Despite providing photos and reaching out within a month of purchase, they claimed the shoes were simply “worn out” and refused to help in any way. No apologies, no refund, and no discount offered — just a complete brush-off. Very unhelpful and disappointing. Never again I buy anything anything here and do not recommend.
Update. Got a response from them below. What a stupid exuse. The claim was made within a month of a purchase and you simply brushed me off coz you already made money on me. Terrible shop and customer service.

To be fair you purchased the shoes almost a year ago, on November 2023. We are sure you understand that after such a long time it is not possible to determine with certainty whether it is a manufacturing defect or a damage due to wear and tear.
Our return policy provides for a full refund in case of defective products, but the claim must be reported within 30 days and the products must be unworned.

I've paid 15€ shipping from Austria to Italy to return pants which I purchased for 60€. It's a joke that company doesn't offer free return shipping. Yeah their customer is also horrible and rude.
