SCAM SCAM SCAM. Please do not purchase anything from Spectra Lights. No LUTEC products in stock, no refund, no communication from the retailer.

I placed an orders on the 25th of June, I received an email on the 3rd oh July saying that my order has been cancelled due to out of stock and today still got no refund back. There is no way to contact the company, they are not answering the phone and they don’t reply to emails. They are scammer’s

Scam as other people have said. Took my money and disappeared.

This is a SCAM, they took payment and did not send item. Not answering phones nor e-mails. I've reported to bank. Updated: I had no choice as to reporting this company and a man called Jason to the police today. Hopefully the police will now deal with this criminal.

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam. They do not have any items in stock and eventually sent a single line email and offer you a refund but I did not receive anything. I've phoned multiple times and sent many emails but never had a response. This is not a legitimate business, avoid.

Do not buy with this company. Ordered items online and received no confirmation or contact, when attempted to contact them no reply via email and phone number fails. Reported to credit card company.
