Super helpful staff
Super helpful staff. My prescription did take longer than average because it was complex, (I have astigmatism) but not as long as I expected and not as long as it previously has at my high-street opticians. When the glasses arrived, they were well packaged, in a sturdy case with a cool little screwdriver for adjusting and a little credit card thingy with my prescription. They were fine out the box, prescription perfect despite not knowing my PD. 10/10 would buy again, and will do very soon.

Brilliant Concept & Excellent Customer Service
I am so impressed with Specscart. I had a problem with delivery and had to contact the support team, who responded almost immediately, and we managed to resolve the problem. I have since received and returned my first box of frames. The quality, choice and price of the frames are excellent. The whole concept of trying at home is brilliant, as choosing at the opticians can sometimes be a little intimidating on your own. Family input is great with helping to choose the right frames.
