Kashan Is so helpful and makes the whole process of ordering very easy. He is there immediately if you need him. Absolutely first class customer service.
I had made a mistake on my order and he quickly sorted it out in a polite and friendly way. The glasses are perfect, less than half the price I usually pay, and they arrived very quickly. I will certainly return here again.

I can't speak highly enough of Kashan Aziz. His family run company puts the customer's satisfaction ahead of any other consideration. Kashan has gone out of his way to accommodate both my schedule and eyewear needs, right down to long conversations about the best lenses for my needs. Add to this prices that are the most reasonable I've found online or IRL, and you have an unbeatable combination. (Also, besides being an experienced and knowledgable optician, he's a lovely human being.)

I’m delighted with my maroon Tiffany & Co. frames that Kashan sourced for me. This was no mean feat as the range has been discontinued. Getting the maroon colour had eluded me for weeks until I discovered Kashan’s optical services.

The Varilux XR lenses are outstanding - my eyesight has never been so sharp and vivid! Expensive but worth every penny.

Decent service - options available & quick processing of order. Order arrived after 5 days. Packaging not as secure as maybe expected but product as described.

When my wife and I were massively let down by another supplier, I found Specs At Home via Google and rang them to order a set of frames.
As they weren't in stock at his warehouse, Kashan went out of his way to locate the frames within a couple of days and got them to us via express courier.

Kashan has been brilliant all the way along. He is very pleasant, respectful and friendly and, certainly for us, was willing to go not just the extra mile but 100 miles to provide an outstanding service.
